- The plaintiff claims the defendant, her former roommate, asked her to have sex with him. She declined, and the guy moved multiple people into the apartment, including his mentally ill mother. Things got so bad the plaintiff had to move out. The defendant gave the plaintiff a check for the security deposit, but it bounced, so the plaintiff is suing him for the money she’s owed. The defendant argues he doesn’t owe the plaintiff a dime. He also claims the plaintiff is a promiscuous, eccentric girl who had different men in the apartment every night.

All he had to do was open his IPad and check whether the money had been debited from his account. I don’t know why she waited so long to bring him to court, but he thought he could come to court and call her a nymphomaniac and the court would award him the money for his pain and suffering. SMH
