The fishiest part was when he said "I don't work on Saturday so I wasn't driving that day", then when it came out that it was on a Wednesday his GF said that he walks to work. It doesn't prove anything about the collision, but it does show that they're liars.

And heck, even just a loud honk or flipping the bird while passing could initiate road rage. If someone's about to pull in front and they don't see you, of COURSE, you'd want to let them know by honking. But flipping the bird or something just isn't a good idea.

Get witnesses regarding who parked there first. Or what time they saw one or both cars coming to park. Whether the Plaintiff drove in the Defendant's car or otherwise.
Surveillance camera in the area can also help. Immediately calling the police to the scene is critical.

I just got done on another episode, talking about how people get really mad when you try to pass them. So here's a excellent example of that happening. I'm 67 and I've seen this happen all my life.

    1. The fact that the plaintiff contemplated suing because she thought it may seem “petty” and 2. the fact that the defendant admittedly referred to her out her name (which lets you know that she was still mad) and 3. The fact that the boyfriend went to talk to her on 2 occasions about their cars being involved in an incident (never going after her for hitting their car). Let’s me know that the defendant hit her car. I think that if judge would have asked them to elaborate on what was mentioned during that conversation, some of the truth would have come out. Because if I thought you hit my car and you tell me you don’t have time to speak, I would say “we don’t have to speak, just give me your insurance information”. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Edit: then she starts talking and I see those big hands/wrist and wide chest. Then the heavy brow bone. Blue shirt is 100% a born male

IMO when the defendant said “I don’t work on Saturday so I didn’t drive it that morning.” Then it changed to “he walks to work because it’s right around the corner.” As soon as they realized it was a Wednesday they gave away that they did it.

Judge didn't even think that the defendant planned all of this was even an option yet the plaintiff making it all up was an option 🤔 I think the defendant did do this on purpose

The female defendant shushed the male defendant which is VERY telling. It's a shame the judge didn't notice that but she was busy interrupting his statement.

Judge the plaintiff was scared to talk to this strange man on the street, she did not know his intentions, he could hit her and run. Judge she cannot admit this in court and show fear. The defendant was having fun with all this. It is a pity that the defendant was not offended in some way by the judge.

The only thing that isnt making sense to me is…if the defendant did hit the plaintiffs car on purpose, why leave the car parked there. Its like setting yourself up to get caught and have to pay for the damage..

On street parking , hitting a bumper (plate) is quite common, and it will happen to everyone and it is inevitable. Why do you think it’s called a “bumper”? And a backup camera is essential.
Secondly, nobody sticks around if they bump into someone else’s car while parking. They will park somewhere else.
Thirdly $1100 for a license plate frame? Somebody wants to make money.
Bumps like that happen to everybody - they just leave it and move on.
