The fishiest part was when he said "I don't work on Saturday so I wasn't driving that day", then when it came out that it was on a Wednesday his GF said that he walks to work. It doesn't prove anything about the collision, but it does show that they're liars.
So having to sue somebody in court is more convenient for you than being a grown adult and talking to him when he tried to let you know about the incident this woman is crazy delusional. She needs a mental help.
It strikes me odd that the defendant's boyfriend approached the plaintiff and said "our cars got into a situation" before she was able to id who owned the car. They definately "hit" her car on purpose.
Yes, and I was upset that JM did not circle back to that to see if he would admit that he approached her because that was the proof right there if he admitted it.
I think it is more plausible that the plaintiff back up into the black car, and probably never even hit it,just wanted her previously damaged bumper fixed for free. Cause let's say it was the black car driving into the red,why would she leave it there ,instead of backing away. I think there both nice enough people, same with the boyfriend but the plaintiff should have had to pay the defendant harrassment counter sue.
For the plaintiff to be crying and say I need an apology and the defendant give it I believe the plaintiff for other reasons too She looks like she don’t mess with nobody and please don’t nobody mess wit her
I got the opposite vibe lol I feel like she's wishing someone would 😆 I'd never follow someone for flipping me off!! Then scream and cry till they apologize....nope lol
Wait first dude said it was on a Saturday, he doesn’t work on saturdays therefore he wasn’t driving the car. Then they get busted on the day & all of a sudden “he walks to work” someeethinggs fishy lol
@@latricebrown7942 right. The way she was smiling the whole time, especially during the “after the verdict” you can tell she’s happy she got away with it.
Again JM was wrong. The plaintiff proved her case by a preponderance of the evidence. The defendants tried to lie about the day of the week. JM is biased.
The defendant is lying through her teeth.... On the morning of the incident why didn't she come to the door then? If someone comes to my door accusing me of hitting them I'd sure as heck wanna see who it is.......she never came out.... How'd the judge miss that part???
Plaintiff story of events is certainly plausible she just had a hard time articulating her story and the way defendants were smirking makes me believe the plaintiff even more. She had pictures and even made a police report defendants didn’t have much of a counter story, I think judge was too involved with incident prior to what the case was really about, the damage to plaintiffs car.
Hmmmmm I think the defendant parked like that on purpose. Ain’t no coincidence. The plaintiff is definitely out there & animated but I don’t think she’s the kinda crazy to do something like that. I mean even the defendant said during the stop sign incident the plaintiff was crying for an apology, not cussing her out lol
Soooo, I wanna be friends with this plaintiff! She is intelligent, well spoken, funny as all hell & best of all does NOT lay down and take lies, deceit nor shenanigans! She is entertaining without even trying 😅🤣😂
I swear, following behind someone is always a bad idea. Because you really don't know if they have a weapon or anything...From a gun to a black belt in karate, anything could be used to kick your butt if you got too close or tried to otherwise hurt them. And heck, even just a loud honk or flipping the bird while passing could initiate road rage. If someone's about to pull in front and they don't see you, of COURSE, you'd want to let them know by honking. But flipping the bird or something just isn't a good idea.
Just by the defendant saying he walks to work after he tried to say he don’t work on saturdays tells they did it bc he was saying that clearly bc he drives the car
Plaintiff should be a model she has 100% Beautiful clear dark skin and those cheek bones to die for - You go girl ❤❤😅 oh an I think the defendant did damage her car. No one parks that close an don’t get out and look.
That's absolutely RIDICULOUS! She has a picture of the cars touching - if this happens to anyone, what are we supposed to do to prove it?? I must disagree with Judge Milian on this one
Get witnesses regarding who parked there first. Or what time they saw one or both cars coming to park. Whether the Plaintiff drove in the Defendant's car or otherwise. Surveillance camera in the area can also help. Immediately calling the police to the scene is critical. Taking pictures with dates appearing on the photos helps. Be consistent with your Witness Statement and testimony on court. Bring all the evidence you wish to rely on.
I've worked in parking enforcement, and unfortunately this is true. We get parking complaints all the time, people are parked too close and if we come out we give both vehicles a ticket because we can not prove who was there first.... You can always dispute your ticket. And if you have a video footage, there, you have it
I think the plaintiff is a little deranged, she felt slighted all those weeks ago and held a grudge. I really think she parked it against their car, took pics and then took off.
I just got done on another episode, talking about how people get really mad when you try to pass them. So here's a excellent example of that happening. Harvey asked about road rage, and a man admitted a car was trying to pass him and HR got very angry and wouldn't let him then slammed on his brakes on the guy. I'm 67 and I've seen this happen all my life.
Judge didn't even think that the defendant planned all of this was even an option yet the plaintiff making it all up was an option 🤔 I think the defendant did do this on purpose

IMO when the defendant said “I don’t work on Saturday so I didn’t drive it that morning.” Then it changed to “he walks to work because it’s right around the corner.” As soon as they realized it was a Wednesday they gave away that they did it.
1. The fact that the plaintiff contemplated suing because she thought it may seem “petty” and 2. the fact that the defendant admittedly referred to her out her name (which lets you know that she was still mad) and 3. The fact that the boyfriend went to talk to her on 2 occasions about their cars being involved in an incident (never going after her for hitting their car). Let’s me know that the defendant hit her car. I think that if judge would have asked them to elaborate on what was mentioned during that conversation, some of the truth would have come out. Because if I thought you hit my car and you tell me you don’t have time to speak, I would say “we don’t have to speak, just give me your insurance information”. 🤷🏽♀️
The female defendant shushed the male defendant which is VERY telling. It's a shame the judge didn't notice that but she was busy interrupting his statement.
