  • The Onlyfire Charcoal basket has been impressive. Combine it with Cowboy Brand Hardwood Briquets and I have gotten 3 cooks done using one full basket of cowboy brand hardwood briquets. I used the same charcoal I poured into the charcoal basket for my first cook uing the Onlyfire Charcoal Basket for the Weber Kettle. It lasted me 3 cooks. I have attached the links to the RUclips videos of me using the Onlyfire basket. 6-2-24

Cowboy Brand Briquettes is my go to also. Love the flavor it produces. Wal-Mart sells the two-twenty pound bags for $17.99.

I just started using them, and I wish I had started sooner. I am impressed by them.

I purchased Cowboy brand last year and I also think they do a good job. Price is also right for them. Good test.

Thank you for watching. I am impressed by the charcoal. Doing 3 cooking and using the same charcoal I poured for the first cook is impressive. Not once did I have to add charcoal doing 3 cooks. I should have calculated the total time of the 3 cooks.

Cowboy briquettes are for sure better than Kingsford and Royal Oak. I would put them behind B&B as my 2nd favorite.

We think a like. B&B is my favorite, and Cowboy Brand is in second. They sell at a good price as well. I will try the Cowboy Brand lump soon.

They are what I have been using since the end of 2022. Best value of price for weight that you get, 40 pounds for 18 dollars without any mystery gravel found in the kettle afterwards.

I've just recently started using them, and I am impressed. I wonder if the lump Cowboy is as good as the briquets.
