Meeting with the Jedi Masters on Dantooine Part 2

  • If you stay true to the light side, you can gather the Jedi Masters together and have a meeting with them at the old Jedi Council room on Dantooine. This scenario is different because this time Master Lonna Vash is there. If you have DStoney's M4-78 mod installed, she will be alive and found on M4-78 instead of being found dead on Korriban. It will be funny how many people will be freaked out by this, be all confused and ask about it without even thinking about reading this summary. I did this version because I look forward to seeing how many people out there will ask about it with confusion in their dialogue. This video scene has been requested numerous times, so here it is. This is the second part of two.

I love Kreia in this. She shows up on her own, no light saber, because she knows she won't need one. And she doesn't even react as the masters ignite their sabers because she finds them so pathetic. One of the best written scenes in a game I've ever seen, which is saying something especially considering the same wasn't even finished.

One thing I love so much about this game is that it is thought provoking. I actually enjoy listening to Kreia rant, because her point of view interests me. She isn't your run-of-the-mill evil villain.

A message out there to all fans. We must try to get Obsidian and Bioware and all those who made this game to make a KOTOR 3. We need a new hero. 'The Old Republic' online is not KOTOR. It is not the same. We need a sequel. Vote this up, and our voice may be heard.

I sure as hell wouldn't want to be a Jedi during the Old Republic... sanctimonious bastards. I had so much respect for Kavar before I saw this in the game. On its own, this scene justifies the Second Great Jedi Purge (the one that started in Revenge Of The Sith, in case anyone didn't know which one I meant). They deserve their fate...

+Flaming MonkeyAss Sadly that's not even why they refused to fight the Mandalorian war, and it's also why the council were even bigger hypocrites then you would think. The Jedi order literally exists to protect and serve the republic, PROTECT and SERVE. It was why during the clone wars, the Jedi HAD to become generals. The Jedi are suppose to love everyone, but never 'fall' in love with anyone.
When the council chose not to fight, in fear of some 'looming darkness', they literally put their own concerns over the lives of the entire galaxy, instead of looking for a way to face both issues, they chose to wait.

@@candycommander Not only they're cowards or arrogant. But they're ignorant & cold. Both the Jedi & the Sith keep depending on the Force rather than listening to it. They forget that they served the Force. They belonged to the Force not the Force belonged to them. No wonder their predecessors the Bendu or the Je'daii (1st original before the great schism) would felt disgusted if they're alive. Anyways, the whole cycle of unbalance between the 2 sects still continues.

Kreia had no intention of killing the Jedi until they decided to pick on her prize student. She's basically a proud mother showing off her biggest success. The council automatically assume that people *like* the Exile are the disease.
Kreia doesn't technically "Death Field" them. She simply fills them with the "echoes" in the Force (like the ones from Malachor) to see if they could survive being "deafened." They don't.

I found something interesting in the KOTOR dark-horse comics. Some dialogue between Rohlan Dyre and Malak before he turned to the dark side. Rohlan quotes "That's the way you like it, jedi-isn't it? To save your republic but who will save the rebulic from you?" Good foreshadowing I think.

If I had the force I would most likely chose the path Revan did, learning both light and dark without the conflicting philosophies from the Jedi and Sith. In my opinion its all about balance but the Jedi's view of balance means without the Sith and vice versa.
