Thank you for your explanation and iwas wondering to know how if it is possible to patch only kernel and build and security patch from stock rom to custom.
This is what ihave been looking for.Great video well explained, but i have a question ijust wanna know how to edit super img so that we can remove some other apps inside it i mean modifying it remove what we want then repack it and flash. Pleaee respond
I accidently deleted the data partition, is there any chance of getting it back ? I did not format the phone. The phone restarted and shows internal storage as only 1.9gb
The data partition contains system, user, and app data, while the internal storage is where personal files such as photos, videos, and music are stored. Backing up the data partition will save system and app data, while backing up the internal storage will save personal files only.
A Device Tree is a data structure used to describe the hardware components of a computer system to kernel(it always be Unix like kernel such as Linux)on embedded systems. Dtb means the Binary form of device tree, and contents of partition Dtbo will overlay some device tree binaries to achieve some customize function, because the kernel is provided priviously by AOSP(after GKI 2.0), and the device tree is provided consolidated by Soc providers.
This channel is so underrated

Hello, were you able to solve the issue?
@@potato5169 no. I had to format
@@seaofcuriosity Oh okk, thanks for the reply. Was it corrected after formatting? And was the rooting reversed?
Yes it was corrected after formatting. Rooting i dont know bcause i dont use root.
@@seaofcuriosity Okay thanks. I will try that
Can i edit efs partition?
What's the difference between 'data partition' and 'internal storage'
The data partition contains system, user, and app data, while the internal storage is where personal files such as photos, videos, and music are stored. Backing up the data partition will save system and app data, while backing up the internal storage will save personal files only.
What happened if we removed cust img from device, phone still run
The number services (phone) going gone
love your videos :D
Glad you like them!

What is dtbo
