I am looking forward to revisiting Seaview, after previous visits in 2018 & 2019. Love the walk from the site to the beach. Entertainment and facilities on site are great. Great park, too, shared with the neighbouring site. Oh, and not forgetting Weymouth just up the road!
I’m gonna be there in 4 weeks time for 2 weeks. The nice thing is,I had my first ever holiday there when I was 3 years old. I’m now 37,and going with my husband and dog 🙂
That's really sweet, do you remember it at all? Although it will have changed so much over the years. I bet you'll have a lovely time and make lots of new memories. We're visiting one of these first places I went to this year, I don't remember much apart from the restaurant with juice dispensers at each end, but i hope I can recreate some of the photos 😊
@@KarionTravelling that sounds fun…..recreating old photos. I remember a few things. Like, when you pull into the entrance of the park,on the right is a little building.that used to be the reception . You know where the playground is down the bottom of the tent and touring area, and you go back into the main part of the park-well,the shop used to be there in a wooden building. I used to get my mum to get me the iced ring biscuits in the shop. I remember where the caravan was on the first holiday, and the other times we went……I remember it quite a lot. I know the pool has changed since I last went, and the outdoor pool doesn’t have a big flume like it used to. One holiday in May,when I was about 7, we had 4 generations of our family go there I have loads of great stories about Weymouth (I was born in Dorchester and grew up in blandford )
It's lovely going back to places isn't it 😊 I spent a lot of time at Butlins as a child, so it's been lovely seeing what is the same and what has changed.
It's a lovely park, and you'll get a good leg workout walking up and down the hill a couple of times a day. Don't forget you can use the facilities at Weymouth Bay next door, their pool is slightly bigger with a outside rapid. I hope you have a great holiday 😁
Yes, normally you can use the pool and entertainment on both sites, but with covid restrictions it might not let you book the other park. If you are going after the end of the month 🤞it will be better.

I've heard that you can't share facilities with Weymouth Bay anymore, but I haven't conformed it.

It's a lovely little park, I understand you can no longer use the facilities next door at Weymouth Bay, though. 😞
@@KarionTravelling thats a shame but still looking forward to it. it's been 30 years since i last went to a caravan/haven holiday.

Hi while at Seaview can you use facilities at other park? thank you
Yes, you can use Weymouth Bay facilities. At the moment I believe it's only the entertainment, but usually you can use the pools too. 😊
Please inform me about the name of the trailer that can move the caravan type houses from one place to another on the land?
It's usually a low loader truck or similar.
How far is the town from seaview caravan park?
It's about 15 minutes drive into Weymouth town centre. 🙂
Very nice!
Thanks, it's great to be back posting videos again now that lockdown is easing and we can go on holiday. 😊
