My daughter is 30 years old with a disability. The day I cause any harm to her, put me in jail because nothing else will matter! She is my life and if anything happened to her, my life would be over! My whole life has been about protecting her and being her voice! RIP Little one 🙏🙏🙏♥️
What I hate is that these people don't see that they deserve to be in jail. They do all the appeals they can. If someone is truly sorry they would advocate for how they dont deserve lienancy and whatever else the court deems right..which they seem to be wrong most of the time in that way on so many cases.
My cousin was severely brain damaged from being delivered with forceps. My Aunt was ULTRA protective of her. She lived to be 62. The Dr's said she would never live to see 3 years old. My Aunt dedicated her life to her.
Me also, my life was totally dedicated to my Daughter. She was also non verbal, diapered, seizures her entire life. Passed away at age 39 from colon cancer
When you see the CCTV footage of them putting her in the car & going inside for hours & then feeling each other up all over the porch for hours, outside & feet away from the car, it shows it was ABSOLUTELY INTENTIONAL!!
Yeah either very intentional or on drugs so still the same because how could you be feet away from a car and not know your child was dying in a hot car I mean there's no way. Even the dumbest person can understand that closing a car and hot weather is going to kill somebody
@@Angelface11 yes, by intentional I meant they intentionally left her in the car, even if it wasn't to kill her on purpose. At the very least, it's negligent homicide!
It wasn’t intentional, it was utter negligence. If meth weren’t involved, there’s a good chance she’d still be alive. Tweakers stay up for days on end and lose all concept of time. Those idiots probably thought that only 30 minutes had gone by. 😮
@@shoosh222 I have to agree. I am a recovering meth addict and time goes by and works in an incredibly different way, the comparison to thinking 30 minutes had passed is relatively relatable. When I was bad in my addiction, nights felt so quick, time slips out of your fingers, you get “stuck”, you simply forget obligations. Depending on how spun they we’re, it’s fairly reasonable that they put her in the car with intention to go somewhere but we’re so spun and the drug typically makes people aroused that they got distracted and neglected her.
@@Angelface11 she told him the AC was on, but even then, to not see if the girl is hungry needs water or a bathroom break is insanity. What child wants to sit in a car for hours doing nothing? Parent of the year. "I'll let my car babysit so we can have sex." Cars are not good babysitters.
@@scratchy1704 It’s not likely. I don’t do meth and my kids are grown but thanks for the well-wishes.

He was actually just there. The mother was actually more worried about her sexual relationship with this guy and try to keep him in her cobweb after he discovered she was cheating on him. She didn’t care about the daughter at all. Her priorities were first her and her sexual life and last her daughter. That woman must spend the rest of her life in prison without parole. She killed her daughter and who knows what kind of hell she gave to the poor girl for the 12 years of her short and painful life living with a totally careless and incompetent mother.
These two people should not be in jail, they made a silly mistake bit they didn't mean to murder that disabled kid,it's so wrong they got the jail term they got.
We have a disabled grandchild and he is the first one I check on everyday-coming in and out the car-Always make sure your children are outta the car!!!!!This is Horrible
Mother was clearly too distracted by her love interest, and likely saw her high needs daughter as a burden to her pursuits with the man who helped her murder her daughter. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that child made audible noises as are suffocated while being cooked alive within that makeshift metal tomb she was restrained within. Horrific and unfathomable to even begin to imagine what that innocent, defenceless child endured while mommy dear wad just inches away. Mind blowing.
did he know the car was locked after putting her in the car ? I wonder if the cameras had sound … because from the clip it looked to me that the mother was just standing there as if she knew what she was about to do and was going to put him in the fire as well because they both did drugs , I agree that the mother definitely needs a longer sentence. she clearly put her anger out on her own daughter because of things she had done and wasn't expecting his reaction to be like that..in my opinion all i need to know is what he was charged with when he was in prison last go round if it was drugs - they've got to be kidding me , this man clearly has been on drugs all his life never hit or abused anyone ... Hmmmm funny ...
Absolutely heartbreaking, this reminds me of a similar case where the daughter who was paralyzed from the waist down was left to rot in a couch, thete are people this cruel in this world.
People who are paralyzed from the waist down can still get around, even without a wheelchair. They can certainly pull themselves off a couch. Lacey Fletcher had locked-in-syndrome. She couldn't move any voluntary muscles except her eyes. She was more paralyzed than most quadriplegics.
Ok, somebody help me understand if they realized Cristina was accidentally left in the car why would BOTH people leave to get the extra key? He says Rita says don’t knock out the sunroof or break the glass why didn’t he just override her and break the window. He knows damn well that car wasn’t running. So we are supposed to believe that the car battery died and the car just all of a sudden reached 135 degrees in 40 minutes. These are the dumbest criminals ever. They were so high the forgot that their was a camera recording the whole event.
In my opinion, they both left the child in the car because they both planned on her death. But we're too drugged up to be able to "pretend" the "accident" coverup , very well enough.
That fact isn't if the car was cooling, doesn't a child need a diaper changed, food, water, care in 5 hours... the excuse is ridiculous. He acts like he's such a caring guy...5 HOURS???? Let's just have make up sex while my child is locked in the car. Sickening.
And on top of all that to be IGNORED like you don't exist for 5 hours is awful. Leaving someone so helpless and vulnerable alone like that is psychologically & emotionally cruel.
Exactly, her sister talked about how she needed pedialyte to stay hydrated. Five hours in a hot car with no liquid or diaper change, absolutely unbelievable. So glad these two will be in prison for the next 30 years. Unless of course they die before then.
The temperature of the car is very much a fact in this case! The fact they didnt consider her need to eat, drink, diaper change is also important. The mother also had her handbag with a loaded gun on the floor behind drivers seat. That is also a fact that shows how both did not consider the 13 year old.
Planned or not: that woman was clearly tired of taking care of a child that was essentially a giant baby; with no end in sight. Sad situation all around
I wont lie im a tad offended by the term as 'baby' in relation to the victim .. they were a teenager with additional needs who had every right to live a healthy and fulfilled life and if the mother was struggling there are options but the disability check probably swayed the decision ... as a disabled woman the putting of financial gain over caring of family members happens more than people will admit irrelevant of the conditions of those who had additional needs ...
@@lynnwarburton2417 she couldn't eat solids, could only babble and crawl. She couldn't care for herself anymore than a baby, hence the term "essentially". What's to be offended by?
@@lynnwarburton2417 I don't think that the poster meant any insult. I am a retired RN and worked with severely disabled children amongst other specialties. And yes, caring for severely disabled children is a lot like caring for a baby. They require attention 24/7. They are completely vulnerable and unable to do anything for themselves. Feeding, physical care, baths etc, all must be done for them. But, unlike babies who grow up, these children will never change and require this high level of care their whole lives. It is extremely hard but rewarding work. Sadly, these children will never grow up to be functioning adults. Some, not all, but some parents cannot cope and these kids are institutionalized. This woman had choices. She could have placed her daughter in a facility like the ones I worked at where our patients were well looked after, loved and even thrived.
That’s common with a recovering alcoholic or drug addict. In order to recover they have to find a power by which they can live by. Addiction is a disease not a moral issue. Personally I feel the mother should have been fully to blame. She didn’t have to stay with him if he was in trouble with his addiction. The mother is the one that should have checked on her 100 %. She should have put her daughter first.
@@lisafinnegan7905that’s what I think..he physically put her in the car..more like tossed her in..they both should have put the child first. They left her in a car for 5 hours!!
To compare addiction to alcohol or drugs to a disease like cancer or diabetes or dementia is sickening to me -- even with a precious little sister who was a raging alcoholic, and who lived the last 20 years of her life completely sober. The medical community decades ago that called addiction a disease has done more in this nation to ENHANCE and BLOW UP drugs and alcohol addiction than any other one thing -- giving addicts a powerful excuse to blame their immoral behavior on some medical issue beyond their control. Very sad -- and I know this is an unpopular position but those of us who believe this need to stand up and speak the truth.
If he’s using his drug addiction as an excuse, it’s not going to work after he stated that he had to have drugs to function. He lived normally and was able to work.
@@dudemorris7769right what they are saying is because he could function with drugs in his system then the drug addiction is not an excuse for leaving her in that car
@@dudemorris7769 ..a functioning addict would know, and be fully aware of a child in a hot car for 5 hours then, wouldn’t they? He can’t use the drug use as a defense. Do you understand?

Defense is trying to make it clear that he wasnt responsible in any way for the welfare or care of the Girlfriends daughter but surely as an Adult it is our responsibility to keep other people's welfare in mind and to act if you see something that is dangerous. I didnt see any sign of the couple arguing on the CCTV - just a couple casually chatting.
Did you see the part where he is the one who carried her to the car, then was one the porch with his hands down his pants multiple times, kissing, chatting and looking not at all worried that this little girl was dying in a hot car.
You're absolutely right but considering people have no desire to protect other people who are vulnerable by wearing a paper mask during a pandemic what makes you think they care about someone else's disabled child?
You’re comparing apples to oranges and are being ridiculous. Numerous studies show masks don’t work. Either way, no one under any circumstance anywhere should be forced to wear a mask, get a vaccine. Or anything of the sort. These are elective methods of health based on individual choice.
It is not his fault, I have no idea how he got 32 years?!! He assumed the A/C was running. The mother has done this before, only this time the A/C was off. It's 100% the mothers fault. How can he possibly get 32 years, and the mother just a couple more! That's not just! He did more to unlock the car than the mother!
I remember my siblings and I being left in a car on some very hot summer days, while my parents went shopping, took about an hour. Thank God we were old enough to know to get out a bit. Because the car got extremely hot. I don't care, mine or someone else's kid, I could NEVER leave any child in a hot car 🚗 I'll NEVER forget those days. 😱😰
In the 1960’s my brother and I were left in the car many, many days in the summer. However, during those times we could roll the windows up and down or my mom put the windows down. She would be in the grocery store and the pharmacy for maybe 2 hours. Those were different times, my friends.
All of us kids were left in hot cars, with the windows down, always in the shade, for hours, & we made up games to play with the siblings. For years and years, parents parked right outside the hospital, grocery stores, even the health depts, and there weren’t any one to say otherwise. The meter maids would come by and hand you a piece of candy and make sure you were feeding the meter for your parents. Why they didn’t put the windows down for this little girl is beyond me as it would have stopped her from dying. As long as you’re getting air from the window being down, there’s no way to die from heat suffocation.
@@suzybailey-koubti8342 That child/teen could not roll a window down she was in the car for 5 hours you could bake a whole christmas dinner in a car it gets that hot - terrible poor little girl may she RIP
I want to know why the little girl, the 13 year old disabled girl, was carried out of the house to be placed in a hot car at 11:13am until nearly 5pm? If the mother wasn’t paying attention to her child she carried out into the car, then he should have stood up and said something. Why didn’t he ask if the child needed some air, if the child needed checked on, as they sat outside and kissed and cuddled while looking at the car sitting right in front of them. I’m sorry sir but you watched her stick her child in the car, actually, you carried her out to the car, then let her sit in the car, in front of you, as the woman stayed at your home and cuddled while watching the child die in the hot car.
He is responsible as her POS Mom. Any normal adult would not of agreed to even placing that child in car, much less smooching on the porch while she suffered and died.. Love the prosecutor! He has disdain in his voice while addressing the CO Killer.
12:03 idk if Mr. King was thinking that statement would make him look “better” to the Jurors, but to me, it just made me view him as a cold, detached, piece of 💩. He was in that child’s life for *five* years, & he couldn’t have said *anything* a little more compassionate than that?
If you happen to observe a neighbor or a random person in a parking lot leaving a child unattended in a car and it's hot, you wouldn't feel a responsibility for getting the child help? Just stay in your own lane as an "innocent bystander" because it's not your kid, right?
This is so stupid. "Would y'all have left her in that car if you thought it was not on?" King: _"Never"_ Why would you leave anyone, who you know can't get out of a car on their own, in a car, whether the car was running or not running? WHY NOT TAKE HER BACK INSIDE THE HOUSE? Where do they get off acting like it was okay to leave Cristina in a car for more than five hours? With no water? Probably with a dirty diaper? It's like a red herring in this trial. Instead of focusing on leaving the disabled child unattended, helpless, unable to get herself out of the car, they're focusing on whether or not the freaking AC was on for the more than five hours she was shut up in that car by herself.
If they were not married, surely all the onus legally is on the mother. She asked him to put the child in the car for her, whilst he at that time thought she was leaving as he had asked her to do. I just don't think he was involved in some murder conspiracy. The police should have charged only the mother, the one legally responsible for her daughter.
@@jo-penford 100% agree. Not his child. He asked her to leave. The car would have stayed cool for at least 2 hrs. Its not his responsibility to ensure she was moved out.

I met my now husband when my daughter was 4. He worked in a supermarket that I would go to. We stood out to him bigtime and he admired us instead of feeling sorry for us. Fast forward 11 years on my daughter is now 15, very much like this little girl as far as needs go. We have a 14 month old son and now my husband is going through adoption of my daughter. To hear this man say he never as much as fed this little girl said enough to me. My husband has cared for my daughter the same way I have and done all the hard things when I need a break. It is a hard life, but honestly some times I feel like my able bodied son is far harder. More definitely needs to be done with supporting families with a child like this , but for some reason I think these people were far beyond any extra support. I don’t drink, take drugs or smoke. You can’t have it all when you’re raising any kid and especially not a child with special needs, I can’t even afford to be sick, I need to be focused at all times. How does he only remember some of what he tried to do to get into the car? 4 years passing or more, I’d remember every detail like it was yesterday because of the tragedy that occurred- It would never leave my mind.
As most would think that, your mind does not work that way, especially when your mind is going through trauma like that . Everything can blur. Some things will never leave your mind. Some things your mind will not allow you to remember. I am in no way sticking up for these people, but I hate hearing people say what they would or would not do if people have never been through an actual trauma like this.

@kathduncan9618 I have not watched the case, but I am sure the fact that he was on drugs had a lot to play in it. If I chose to drink and drive and ran over a disabled child wheeling herself across the street home and then I was not in my right mind to call 911 is not an excuse either. Our country, as well as plenty others, are in an epidemic right now like never before. It’s horrible and it’s getting worse. This woman took her disabled child to her boyfriend's house. She spent the night. WHY not just get a babysitter? I feel she, as a mother, had SOLE responsibility for that baby's death! I believe this man. Even if he was a meth addict. I've seen meth addicts to panic when things go awry and not handle it the way they would normally.
In my opinion, they both left the child in the car because they both planned on her death. But we're too drugged up to be able to "pretend" the "accident" coverup , very well enough.
That fact isn't if the car was cooling, doesn't a child need a diaper changed, food, water, care in 5 hours... the excuse is ridiculous. He acts like he's such a caring guy...5 HOURS???? Let's just have make up sex while my child is locked in the car. Sickening.

The temperature of the car is very much a fact in this case! The fact they didnt consider her need to eat, drink, diaper change is also important. The mother also had her handbag with a loaded gun on the floor behind drivers seat. That is also a fact that shows how both did not consider the 13 year old.

That's the risk you take when having kids. She is a useless excuse for a mother.

The fact that he carried her out to the car makes him guilty as well, in my opinion.

If you could get out you could walk inside too. Thats the difference.
Same here.

The thought of the two of them having sex by itself, is disgusting, but you throw in the fact that her disabled daughter is being cooked in the car where they placed her right outside, is beyond disgusting! They deserve the death penalty! They should be placed in hot boxes and cooked slowly. My skin is beyond crawling over this.
Why do you imagine them having fun. Disgusting by itself, too. 🥴🙈
Maybe because they are not pretty people
Yeah they are true sick twisted perverts
@@oOIIIMIIIOoNo she is not twisted That's what they talk about throughout this trial You're twisted
@@Angelface11 What are you talking about? Who wrote twisted? Maybe you read the top comment again and find the reference to mine. 🤔😄
This guy asked her to leave, put child in car, car was running. He wanted her to leave. She didnt. They made up. All on drugs. Meanwhile prob assuming the kid is ok. Since the car was on. Assuming they even thought about her. They were on drugs. He is not intelligent at all and was a drug addict. Drugs are part of the problem. This child was not his responsibility. Why would he think about the kid when hes getting a piece? I think its a stretch to blame this on him. He ultimately is not responsible for her. Not his kid. I did not want responsibility for my boyfriends kid. I have 2 of my own. Some relationships are like that. She’s responsible.
They assumed the kid was ok because the car was on? For FIVE hours? He put that child in the car, he is as responsible for what happened as much as the mother. It doesn’t matter if she wasn’t his child.
I don't care who's kid she is; its reckless endangerment to a child. Would you sit there and watch a child drown? They let her cook for hours
@@MoonSpinners no they assumed the kid was ok when they first put her in abd then forgot eventually because they were on drugs and zoned in on each other. Ill say it to my grave. It was not his child. He isn’t responsible. If im at a public pool and a kid drowns and im doing my own thing.,,no I should not be put in jail for not paying attention. I got enough probs of my own. Why are parents not responsible for their own fing child???? Just like the idiot ass people who let their kids play in the street and expect you to slow down. Im not gonna run them over but get off your fing phone and watch your damn child. I have 2 i have raised and not once did i expect the public to be responsible for them. I dont expect them to intentionally hurt them. But if i left my daughter in a car because i chose to do a bunch of drugs and have sex then im responsible. My boyfriend is NOT!! What is wrong with people????????????????
He was thinking about his dick the whole day with all the times he had his hands down his pants.
They took the time to go hump but left her in the car? Death penalty please 😢😮
They were up all night tweeking around she was the last thing on their minds. Also air will run warm or hot if car is not moving after while like 5hrs
Every time I see/hear cases like this I hurt for those who dream to conceive but can't. So many of these little angels had to leave this life under terrible circumstances. They could have been a child of someone who really wanted them, would have loved on them everyday, made sure they lived a full life, were well fed, never neglected. For the life of me, can't get how the universe feels like good people who really want kids should not have them but is totally fine to send them to homes/parents that are cruel and mistreat them. Although she deserved to live, be given a chance to love/be loved back, I am grateful she no longer has to suffer anymore, or go through another hot car moment all alone. I hope they give her justice and to all the kids out there that can relate to her story. ❤🙏🏿🕊
Same thought..... Wishing those babies were given to those who wanna conceive so badly like me 😞😞
This poor baby must have been left in the car regularly as a babysitter- how did they not know the car wasn’t on? How did they not check on her for a diaper change, lunch or anything at all for that matter, for five hours! The way he threw her in the back seat was hard to watch to begin with! That car was not running either no way!
Severely disabled and peg fed
"How y'all doing?" Well, "sir", we're fine but Cristina's dead.
This poor Child 😢
I cant imagine what this little girl hast been going through 🙏 RIP
How does he only remember some of what he tried to do to get into the car? 4 years passing or more, I’d remember every detail like it was yesterday because of the tragedy that occurred- It would never leave my mind.
As most would think that, your mind does not work that way, especially when your mind is going through trauma like that . Everything can blur. Some things will never leave your mind. Some things your mind will not allow you to remember. I am in no way sticking up for these people, but I hate hearing people say what they would or would not do if people have never been through an actual trauma like this.
He's lying.
He was a meth head without sleep They are both a disgrace Looking after a disabled child esp one that is quite severely disabled requires a lot of care and attention She had decided to abandon her for drugs and her boyfriend
@kathduncan9618 I have not watched the case, but I am sure the fact that he was on drugs had a lot to play in it. My point is that until you actually go through a trauma, especially when someone dies, your mind does what it wants. Everyone is so fast to say what they would and would not do. They have no clue
@@JS-csnjjip I agree everyone is different. But there was a time when they were not high. There was a time when they knew that child was alone in that car within the 5 hrs. Yet they did meth and left her there. Meth use is no excuse when it comes to the law as it should be. If I chose to drink and drive and ran over a disabled child wheeling herself across the street home and then I was not in my right mind to call 911 is not an excuse either.
Our country, as well as plenty others, are in an epidemic right now like never before. It’s horrible and it’s getting worse.
As much as I believed this man did not premeditate this, I’m even more angered at our government and sad that this is a common thing now.
I like the defense lawyer who questioned the guy first. He was very respectful and he seemed compassionate.
Agreed. You could hear a sense of actual kindness in his tone. Even if a defendant is found guilty, I appreciate the civil decorum during the judicial process. Too many courtrooms have turned into an embarrassing circus, totally degrading the process. Case in point: Fani Willis’s behavior in Georgia. Appalling. As a high level prosecutor, no matter what the circumstances, she should know better.
His script was very methodical, short answers, easily memorized and his attorney fed him questions, 1, 2, 3.
They were both responsible for that child’s welfare, don’t blame the drugs.
Agree 💯
Break car windows!!! They can be replaced a life can’t!!!
HOW COULD YOU LEAVE YOUR BABY AND JUST NOT BREAK THE WINDOW S I CANT EVEN PRETEND ON DRUGS OR NOT HEARTBREAKING
The police have special emergency equipment for situations like this that breaks windows safety.....and quickly
why didn't they forget to leave the baby in the house? this is murder. "this is your brain on drugs!"
He told her to leave. He puts the child in the car because she was to be leaving. She went back begging him to make up with her, figuring her child was fine (her responsibility). She tells him her key was locked in the car. The car was on, he thought the AC was on. The car had a dark tint. Benefit of the doubt!
@@A.Walker. when it comes to pets, they break the window, but this child, a human being, you drive all over town, you call a locksmith, but can't replace a broken window. what kind of man is he, to leave a child in a running car.
I think this was neglect, they didn't care about the child at all.
You question I don't understand why they didn't ask was "did you really think it was okay to leave a child in a car ALONE for 5 hours, even IF the air was on" like who TF even thinks that's okay?!
Maybe he should be charged with meth abuse but not murder. During my life I have watched women put getting their relationship before their children more times than I can count.
AND don't get me wrong, I am 100% against meth. There's many more cases that meth caused awful things to happen but this case seems to be different and they are using that to make him guilty.
On her Facebook page she states her irritation that she can't do anything because people kept cancelling on watching her daughter.
How did he not just break the window
Exactly 💯 He was in on it. He knew what he was doing!
He put her in the car, they never locked the keys in there. That child was in there over an hour and the mom went out and opened the door. They meant to kill her!
He wanted the few extra minutes to make sure she was deceased.
All they had to do is call 911
huh? they did call 911.
Not right away they did not it took them 5 hours dude.. im sure I heard right through out the video and I’m not here to argue just to input my opinion or thoughts no time to fight or argue anything have a nice day
Had they called right away the little girl wouldn’t had been in that situation
@@storres539when you're doing something on purpose, calling 911 is the last thing one does.
So they put her in the car at 11 but didnt get in the front to turn the car on until 12:30....and signs of decomp had started by the time L.E. arrived? Im thinking that poor child was already gone before the car ever locked
“She loved her daughter to death” Really???? Such a heartbreaking case. RIP Cristina 🤍🕊️ You were let down so horribly ❤
My cousin has 4 kids. 2 are disabled..both non-verbal and one also wheel chair bound. After her divorce she was a single mother & she fought thru sooo much hell to make sure her kids got the resources etc they needed. Even as far as contacting the news. So to see women just doing things like this because its "too hard". Why not give them to someone who doesnt mind caring for them? I knew of older couples who were retired that would accept children that needed extra help or would volunteer in a program that would allow older people to help you with your kids as a nanny or assist you.
And my cousin left the twins father because he said he didn't want cripple kids. Cant believe this lady put a man before her child.
So they left the child in a running car to get a spare key? Someone could've come and stole the car with the child in it. Probably would've been better off because obviously those two are idiots!
I wouldn't believe a damn thing an addict would say while he's actively using. Not one word.
Truly
He has selective memory
yeah but he’s clean now
It wasnt his kid. He had very little interaction with her. The “mother” should have cared.
It sounds like he wanted her to leave after finding out she betrayed him, but she seems to care to patch things up with him versus caring for her daughter.
Of course he should have say to her go take care of your daughter or I call the police. Or at least open the door and gives her water.
The mom is the only one who should have gotten jail time. It’s not illegal to be an idiot, it is illegal to be a negligent parent.
WTF only mom you got to be out your F mind he is a human he put a child a disables child and he knew damn well she was in there he could have opened the door just like her both are responsible point blank
@@leslierosa9102 no one is responsible for your child but you.

@@leslierosa7755 what I’m saying is, he doesn’t have the experience of caring for a disabled child like she does. She, however should have had it at the forefront of her mind. He only moved or handled the victim when the mom told him to. Which is understandable because again, it’s not his kid. He’s a druggie who wanted to get his rocks off, she neglected her kid to death. She is much more responsible for the death.
This is a hard one :
I see both points being made here.
Yet, I still believe he too is responsible for the outcome.

He seems intelligent enough to know better than to put this child in a hot car and leave her.
Is he trying to make the point that leaving a vhild in a car for 5 hours is good parenting, no cause for concern!?!
He can't watch the video but it's HIM in the video, and he did nothing wrong..so why can't he what he watch it now?
No, he meant that she was a good mother in general.
He can’t watch because he’s sad and traumatized it happed, obviously.

The guy just testified that both of them left the entire premises to retrieve a key fob?! His lawyer is asking him nothing but closed ended questions. Jury isn’t buying this rehearsal.
He’ll be found not guilty, the mother will be found guilty.
How many of you need to go to the bathroom more than once in a day. Did the not think she would need to go or be changed. Her mother was wanting to be relieved of the health issues so she could spend more free time with King. There is no excuse for leaving Cristina in in any vehicle hot or cold for that amount of time. @@sheilarainey218 She was non verbal but that doesn't mean she couldn't make noises necessarily. I haven't seen that covered yet....
38:51 Not too bright of Rita’s attorney to point out her going back out to the car and sitting in the front seat by herself…a good defense attorney would say that was when she decided to turn off the AC and lock her keys in the car.
Exactly, or even when she realized Christina had already succumb to the elements and she better come up with a story. (Starts car and locks it) "oh but it was running the entire time"
Why would a good defense attorney say that was when she decided to turn off the AC? How does that make his client look innocent?
@@TawnyC_ I should have clarified…a good defense attorney representing Larry King. It creates reasonable doubt as to his involvement. The car very well could have been on with the AC running when he placed her in the car but when Rita was out there alone, she could have either accidentally or intentionally turned the AC off unbeknownst to him. Makes her look guilty and him look innocent in my opinion.
Let's not forget the victim. May she rest in Peace from these Awful people. OMG, How Christian were you on that video sir and going inside to have Sex. Wow! thank you court tv host for pointing that out. It doesn't have to be a Plot to kill people. Someone is still Dead & Neglected. Under drugs is NO Defense.
Exactly!
But it is. Neglect can be defined by drugs. You aren’t responsible on them. Its well documented. But you still get in trouble regardless. Its not his kid tho. So ultimately its her prob. I dont agree he should be charged. I take zero responsibility for my boyfriends child.
No one should from any religion. You don’t need to be a Christian to care for your children or common sense. In fact there were church going fathers who killed the entire family. So you need empathy and compassion to care for the vulnerable who can’t care for themselves including older people.
Even before having sex he kept walking around the yard scratching his nuts like he was playing with himself. Disgusting piece of detritus is what he is. A piece of 💩
Not sure why he decided to testify -- it didn't work out very well for him. If you take drugs, you take accountability for all that happens while you on them.
Goes to show you how much we need to value health..... because look what happens when you are disabled or in some way unable to be 100 percent......just look at how evil people can be......i pray to god for every soul out there who are weaker in body to be protected by good and right.
Goes to show we need institutions for severely handicapped children again. So the babies that must be carried to birth will at least get round the click care
I have two children with autism. I think about this everyday. To think as a child I was neglected and abused. But I was strong and took care of myself and survived. If I would have autism and needed around the clock care I would surely be dead.
