    Are you up for the 10K Challenge? You can use this to help you get to your daily goal of 10,0000 steps . Great one to divide in half as 90 minutes can be a little long. Do your BEST! Let's go get those steps in! 😘

    This was fire! I loved the long jump. I even took my trampoline out on my patio and jumped to the sunrise! AWESOME!

    Yeeeeeeessssssss for me🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉I just finished this 90 minute rebounding session unfortunately I don't have a watch but I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge. It was tough but invigorating. Thank❤ you Michelle and crew❤

    This 10.000 steps was a great workout, the only problem was you froze up at 93% and I couldn't get you back till 96% of the video. But I improvised and got 10, 388 steps in. So all worked out and then some.... Will definitely incorporate this into my weekly trampoline work outs .. Thanks a million Michelle...
