Hi Lina, I don't have a degree or diploma for teaching. but have been teaching computers since 2008 at local employment center. All my experience comes from giving 1-2 days computer workshops to people of all ages with varying computer skills. Thanks for your comment. I do have MCP and CCNA certifications and somehow bumped into this job of teaching computers at local government funded employment centers, which I have been doing since 2008. Deepak Suri Hi deepak, if you double click on the format painter, the painter will stay on till you turn it off, so you will be able to use it as many times you want. To turn it off, hit "Escape" button on keyboard or click on Format Painter one time. Hope this helps.

on the scrolling mechanism on the right side, how do I make it go from page to page, a page at a time? I have only the option to scroll down with the down/up arrow and to drag, but no option to hit a button and move a page at a time.
are you using a laptop? Try using the FN button along with the Up and down arrow. What version of Office do you have? I have 2016, it looks like they have removed the buttons they used to have on the Right side. Depending on your Office version, go to View tab and look for an option to choose "navigation pane."
