I’ve owned my Ena4 for 18 months now and we haven’t looked back. Double pressing the button for a larger pour doesn’t inconvenience me at all. We’re considering buying a second machine for the cottage we love it so much. Great review!
My wife drinks decaf, I drink regular. We need 2 functioning hoppers every day. Does the E4 come with a separate hopper (ok if it's pre ground) for a different type of coffee?
I have a D6 and love it. Kinda strange that they no longer have an entry model with milk frothing. Looks like it’s $600 more for the E4 over D6 with less features.
Hi Vee! The Jura E4 has the newest grinder from Jura... The Professional Aroma Grinder... it is able to produce a more precise and consistent grind size, and it is quieter. That's not to say the grinder in the Ena 4 is not precise! The Multi-Level G3 Grinder in the Ena 4 will still produce a beautifully consistent grind size. Happy brewing!
Great video. I just subscribe to your channel. All I am looking for is a quality espresso shot. I don't do any milk drinks. What is the best fully automatic to make a quality shot of coffee? Money really isn't an object. I just want something simple and smart with high quality pulls. Lmk if you can. Please. Thank you
You can from each but the Ena series is harder. For that model you brew twice with bean level 2 and get a good robust 8iz. The actual brewing chamber is smaller (10g) in that series. All other Jura models have a larger brew group (16g)and can do a full 8oz cup.

Ena4-ena6 or ena8 are just useless Machines if you ask me. There is not much difference in price for E6-e8. But they come with so much better koffee quality. Espresso with 10g is just not good. Jura are known for the best koffee from automaticly machine. Ena does not the job. Even if ppl dont like drinking milk drinks, they still can buy Jura e6 and have the options for friends doing good cap or latte if they need. I am the owner of e8 from 2022. So great and tasty esresso. And even good beans for Ristretto, you feeling the sweetness from kenia or hurganda.

It has a bypass for ground coffee

E4 is near semi automatic level brewing though . D4 isn't as good.
Main difference for me, which I think was not mentioned: E4 can make 2 cups of coffee simultaneously, ENA4 only 1

@@jackibrett4079 ahhh. Yep. I know. The challenge is the gravity required for beans to grind and brew..I ended up getting new cups :)

No you can not. BUT it is nice and hot :)

hang on, the ENA 4 does froth milk it is capable of making a flat white! Something is not right here? UPDATE: ENA 8 makes frothed drinks my error....
