    Your knife seems very sharp; to keep it that way, my cooking class instructor told us to us the other side of the blade to push items. Love the recipe; make my own soups as I don't want chemicals and too much salt. I will try your recipe as I have hip pain that doesn't want to go away. Did the cutting board get sanitized after you cut the chicken before cutting up the broccoli?

      Of course I washed it well and dried it after cutting the chicken. That's just common sense.

      @@CoachSofia I am old but worry about the young viewers may not be aware of cross contamination. Schools no longer offer Home Economics which was mandatory in my country during the 50s and 60s.

      So true! While the soup was cooking I washed the board well and dried it...this is important especially for wooden boards because the little chicken particles get stuck in the little cracks... but I will add it in the description just in case 😊

      @@CoachSofia I have a reversible board; one side wood and the other some kind of plastic; also have one that I only use for onions and garlic. Take care and thank you for your psoas video.
