I'm going to ordet E1 zoom to try it, I wish it supported PoE since I don't like to use WiFi with security cams, It would be almost perfect with PoE. I also hope more cameras support google assistant and Alexa, 2 PoE bulled cameras do, hopefully this feature included at least 1 dome cam in the future. The more features, the better and user can decide how to use it. Sonoff have 1 camera that supports ethernet but picture quality is bad and unrialable.

Hi, I am afraid we only have one type of mount for E1 Zoom. You can also mount it on the wall, but it's suggested to test the viewing angle before installation.

The E1 outdoor seems to have the wall mount needed. It is not yet available in Europe however: any info as to when this would become available ?

i got a replacement of E1 Zoom two days ago, the voice prompts were going smoothly but today its not even doing voice at all? The blue led is constantly blinking. And i cant connect anything so far unless i hear the robot voice. The reset button is not there at all, its just a hole, you cant press it. even with the letters. its just a hole and i dont know how else would be able to reset the camera. Please help.
Hi, blue status LED blinking means WIFI not configured or WIFI connection failed. To reset the camera, please double confirm whether the hole is a mic hole or a reset hole as they look similar. And use a pin to press it. Can this work on zoom meeting?
No. But it can work with Google Assistant and Alexa.

Hello is the red light visible at night time?
If you have enabled the IR light, it will turn on automatically when it is dark. It is visible at night if the environment is dark.

How exactly does it connect to the NVR? I have the 8 channel one with 6 POE cams wired to it.
