Incline 🦋 raise (pinky up) and what about reverse butterflies 2. Wide press (angling like a V), I'm going to vary with light handlebars, cables, bands, this is all good Dana for weaknesses and enhancing strengths 3. Incline Dumbbell W raise (keep be elbows even with shoulders on the raise) and 4. Deltros or high row with external rotation. Key: keep elbows wide. Deltros, how about shoulder gigging for a name. Good stuff Dana, the four are on my shoulder day, when I rest, warmup or cool down. Thanks 👍
When i used to go swimming after my workout my shoulders were always great. now that i haven't for a few years my shoulder mobility is horrible. this is good advice. i need to start doing this as a warmup.
Ohhh i miss gym, because some of this exercises to be well executed i need all equipment's that only gym offers, if i had a space like yours....bay bay that will be heaven for me And you right, doing any kinda exercise i get bored really fast, so i have to switch and add some new movements to activate my muscle
Dana, can ypu please do a fullbody training session? Need that after being sick in covid. Hope everybody is doing Great! If sick... Stay at home please!!!! Even if you think you just have fever or a cold.

Ok- so I used to bodybuild with my Dad, early 90s. I lived life (kids etc.) and now Im 44, 40 lbs overweight, my Dad passed away 3 yrs ago and I want to get back into it. Do I need to lose the weight before training ? Im currently Keto. He isnt around to ask anymore and I really want to do this to make him proud and myself feel and look better.

I have tried many times to lose weight but fail in the consistency department, or I'll lose a few pounds see results and fall back into bad habits. What would you say is the best advice for someone just starting out who is over weight? And how do you keep focus and consistency up? Also any meal ideas?
Shoulder day game changer. Due to the fact that I do chest, shoulders and arms as well as core on the same day i get my heavy presses done first and then went through her exercises. The swimming one made me feel like a bitch by the time i got to it. You're a good teacher and a very innovative badass Dana.
