I just found this class this week. I have been looking for a good tutorial on Horton Technique, and I found this one to be so clearly done without over-explaining. It was perfect! I would love to see more of these if you are interested in making more.
I love Horton and I finally found a new place to start again 25 years later- I was a student at Ailey but took classes at Lines in SF .. so thank you so very much ✨
Thank you so much.. I loved it..I’m from Nigeria. I ve been doing these movements for so many years now without the understanding of most of the things you explained here. Thank u.
Hi I have a question for he laterals: can the body be slightly in front of the leg when you go down or does it have the be directly over it? Thank you very much

Great question! Try to be as over the leg as possible… it’s okay if you’re not going down as far, that’s okay, it will come in time.
I tend to do these techniques even after I learned them 6-7 years ago in high school for dance class 😭 but my body isn’t as used to it anymore
🥰
