  • Updating and refreshing the look of the stock DeLorean DMC-12 steering wheel: replacing the center pad with a the DMC logo center pad, cleaning and applying leather creme to refresh the finish of the original wheel. The concept DeLorean DMC-12 "Prototype-One" or Proto-1 from 1976 had a metallic DMC logo on the center pad of the steering wheel. It accentuated the interior's appearance, and made it aesthetically pleasing...not to mention more welcoming. So why didn't the steering wheel with a DMC logo it make it into the production car? To decrease production costs? Even the 1981 Lotus Esprit had a prominent Lotus emblem embedded in the steering wheel. Whatever the case, DMC-H offers a solution that may appeal to those asking that very question... and provide a long-desired and eye-catching update. #delorean #backtothefuture #dmc12 #stainlesssteel #cars #autos #customdelorean #dmc #deloreanmotorcompany #deloreantech #deloreango #deloreanindustries #deloreanownersassociation #deloreaneurope #deloreanworld #deloreanmotorcars #prv #lotus #giugiaro #GiorgettoGiugiaro #sportscars #irishcar #exoticcar #deloreanpartsnorthwest #belfast #martymcfly #fluxcapacitor #docbrown #bttf #timemachine #timetravel Disclaimer:

I always thought the original steering wheel was a little plain. Amazing how a simple addition of the logo changes everything!

I like my car with minimal logos. That s abig problems with modern cars I hate, they have to have a logo on everything the seats, center console, fucking cup holders. Ill pass but every D owner to their own. I still appreciate any delorean content over none as long as its about the car and isnt click baity. We need a solid state relays video aaayee

Looks like it fits better than the first run. That's why I didn't want one 2 years ago DCS. Wonder what they changed?

Fitment is good. No issues. They probably improved the 4 mounting pegs on the back of the pad for a better fit.

Nice. Where did you get the center piece with the DMC letters? I’ve looked and they are out of stock.

I think they sold out in one day. I checked availability the day after I ordered mine and they were all gone. Can't keep those in stock. I would call DMC-H directly and let them know you want one! Maybe they will let you know when they are back in stock.
