  • Did I finally find the perfect EDC belt? Kore makes belts with a weird clicking, locking system that gives you really precise control over the adjustments in the belt. After seeing a handful of channels complain about these belts I had to see for myself what these things are all about.

    My wife is smart she got me a Kore black leather belt and coyote tactical belt. One for work and one for weekends she said. Also use the coyote for range training cause training is what its all about. Thats why I got a great wife.

      Yes. Great thinking on her part to get you a work and play belt. My work Belt is a standard black one and the one I use when I’m not at work is black multicam.

    Kore is by far my favorite belt at this point. I have a lot of 'gun belts' but I seem to reach for the kore every morning, esp when I cc my g17 or 1911.

    I rotate between a Tenicor Zero and a Kore leather belt. I appreciate Kore’s leather options for being very “normal” looking. The buckle is fat but you can work around it. I would recommend the Kore even for non-gun people

    I concur, I was very skeptical about the track and quality of the Kore belt but I now admit I was very wrong too! They totally exceded my expectations. I can say that cause its been over a year and I love it and it is all I wear! Super nice fitting supportive gun belt, Thank god my wife was smart enough to buy one when they had a sale Worth every penny!

    The Kore belt just arrived. It fits, and it's comfortable. Easy adjustment is great. I carry 4 o'clock, so the buckle isn't an issue.

      @360TacticalSolutions got mine today. I was using a groove life belt as they claimed it was great for CC. It had way too much give and didn't stay adjusted where I wanted it. This KORE belt is the real deal. Excellent review, thank you again!

    If you try a Hunter Constantine belt you'll love it. I have 2 Kore belts and Hanks belt. Hunters belt stretches with a portion that's stiff in the area you carry. I've literally slept in it, that's how comfortable it is.

    • @360TacticalSolutions
      @360TacticalSolutions  Год назад

      I’ve tried different stretch belts in the past and I’m not a fan. The stability comes from the belts stiffness. Without that I may as well just wear a regular dress belt

    i wore mine every single day for over 4 years and it just finally broke on me, it ended up corroding on the buckle where the 2 halves connect with rivets the metal is kind of thin there and finally corroded and broke. I could have just bought a new buckle and been fine the belt itself was still in perfectly usable condition minus some fraying nylon on the edges but i decided to toss the whole thing and ordered 2 new belts got the black buffalo leather with the low profile buckle and the black multi cam with the dont tread on me buckle on the way. The only other thing i noticed was the release lever for the ratcheting mechanism got corroded as well and i had to put some gun oil on it so it would ratchet smoothly but thats about it still love these belts

    I own a Hanks leather edc, a nexbelt, and a groove. I use a tier 1 concealed t1-m at appendix. I feel like the nexbelt (appendix model) is so stiff it prints and doesn't hold my holster clip very well, the claw sits weirdly high. The hanks buckle prints so I have to wear it backwards. I've settled on the groove and had a lot of success. Most people feel the groove isn't stiff enough, I use a shield plus for edc mainly. Is this Kore more like the nexbelt vs the groove?

    • @Rippers-TV
      @Rippers-TV Год назад

      The channel looks identical to my nexbelt. The nexbelt has a different release mechanism, it's an integrated button into the buckle. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

    • @360TacticalSolutions

      I don't have experience with either of those belts. I can say its a bit more stiff than the Blue Alpha Gear belt if that helps

    • @360TacticalSolutions
      @360TacticalSolutions  Год назад +1

      That RUclips life…I change things up pretty frequently while im testing different products. I do still use the Enigma but it’s more for warm weather. When its hot out and I wear thin shorts and im looking for a real low profile look then I go with the Enigma. Colder weather I go with a standard set up like the Kore belt and an appendix holster

    I like the review, but dont understand why you would suggest making the ratcheting system out of metal, which i think would add more weight (complaint) as well as you stating it hasn't failed nor have you came across reviews claiming that. That part of your review just threw me off a bit. Its hard enough to find a good product and I think this one is great

    • @360TacticalSolutions
      @360TacticalSolutions  Год назад +1

      A lot got lost during the edit on this one. The solid color belt is rated at a max of 8 pounds, the Multicam ones are 6 and the leather ones are 4. Do we really need more than 4 pounds capacity? Thats tough to say really. Going over to some kind of alloy tooth vs the plastic ones would give you a greater maximum load as well as increased durability and the added weight would be negligible. The comment was more a suggestion to overbuild as more of a just in case type thing. I think in all things there is room for improvement even when they already work well
