This is the first time I listened to Sara Blakely. You're right.... she is MAGICAL! I am looking forward to learning more about her story as well as her wisdom. Thank you for sharing this conversation. 🙏
I can relate to what Sara said about the conflict in getting married and losing your way or finding your potential. I went through the same thing. I've found my partner later in life and he's the person that helps and supports me in being my true self and achieving my goals. I am now at piece with myself and it feels great.
Oh my God, can I ever relate to the inner struggle about getting married ... if I do it, if I allow a man to "take care of me" then I may never know my full potential. Wow! Perfectly said!!!
Generational shift: I am in my 60s, I grew up in the 50s and 60s with my Mom and Dad in a small town in Texas. I clearly remember my mother coming home white-lipped and shaking with rage because she had found a great used car (an advertised loss leader, sure to be gone in only hours) and was not allowed to put a deposit down on the car without prior written permission of her husband. Naturally, the car was gone by the time my Dad could get to the dealership to see it. They drafted up a generic letter for her to carry in her purse at all times. Thank God none of us face that any more!
That was an amazing interview! Sarah and her husband are insane in the best way possible! Thank you Simon and Team for bringing us this interview and it's amazing insights!
I think optimism is a necessity in life to allow you to spot opportunities when they arise. This doesn't mean false positivity, but just having an optimistic outlook
We definately need to put a spotlight on women that work in different types of fields. Everything from teaching school and the arts to physical labor jobs/careers and in medicine and science, etc.
16:38 Also Jim Rohn for me. That's how I discovered TONY ROBBINS! Beautiful people. I think they called it University in wheels. I've always wanted a coach
MOST OF YOU FORGOT , APPARENTLY , THAT MAN IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A SPIRIT - NOT JUST A EMPTY BODY . SO BODY IS JUST COVER UP FOR WHAT IS REALLY INSIDE IN EVERY AND EACH OF US . THAT IS THE TRUTH ABOUT US - HUMANS .

Business is teamwork, it's team play. War is sign of failed leadership.

How do you put Spanx and confidence in the same sentence? Does a truly confident woman need Spanx?
Cool stuff!🥰🔥

MOST OF YOU FORGOT , APPARENTLY , THAT MAN IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A SPIRIT - NOT JUST A EMPTY BODY .
SO BODY IS JUST COVER UP FOR WHAT IS REALLY INSIDE IN EVERY AND EACH OF US .
THAT IS THE TRUTH ABOUT US -
HUMANS .
It also help to be a pretty smiling blonde
You seem to forget that true beauty come always from inside of each of us .
Body is just cover up for what is inside .
Oprah is not a pretty smiling blonde ;) having a good attitude and believing in yourself is the key
It helps even more not to be a d***
Yes! That pic is definitely a red sweater/flag!

I still can't find my why😥😥😥
Soo what.........even a flower has no why
@@manujohn99 but if I can't find my why I' ll saty in the same place and I can't achieve any things
@@thaninaaek4120 Soo what.........What do you think a flower achieves
Your why is your dreams, goals and ideas. Think about how you want to live and how you want to impact people. It’s not an easy question
@@adambedski then did you achieve your goal?

Another lousy conversation. This is not helping anyone. Keep these talks to yourself, Simon.
Ya know, I judged you at first for writing this, but the more I listened the less they stayed on subject, and the more lousy it became. 😂
@@adambedski Its sadly lousy
My god you people have been fooled beyond belief from this woman. Unbelievable!
Schon wieder Geldgebabbel.
