“Scaling can happen when you are willing to give up ownership and eagerly have people copy what you are doing.” Golden advice right there 👏

I love how Helene and Seth are so in sync. Even at the beginning she tells him to go first, and he repeats “I go first”, such a wonderful hallmark of communication.

Happy anniversary to this sweet couple! I wish you another 34 years to go! It's amazing to find out and listen to such sincere, dedicated, caring and passionate people! I loved Helen's quote: " You have to come to Entrepreneurship from the place of generosity" and I'll use it as my logo forever!

This is what I believe in; If you have an intention to add value, trust the universe and take massive daily action on something you are passionate about, you will be rewarded. This is what pushed me into starting my youtube channel. And even though not many watch me I trust that my efforts will be rewarded one day if I keep pushing forward. 🌟🍀

Hey! I learn so much from you Simon, and from the guests you bring on. I appreciate it so much how you introduce new people to me that I did not even know yet. I have a question, that is not related to the content of this video, but I would really appreciate the help. How do you get the sound movement of the line behind your picture in the video to move? I'm trying to set up a podcast for an organization that wants to change economic education and economics as a field, it's called Rethinking Economics NL. I would really appreciate the help! Either way, thank you so much for all that you do, you have made me think over the past couple of years and questions things I thought I just 'knew'. Again, I appreciate all that you do. Have yourself a wonderful day.

I really like and agree on lots of arguments around leadership and the infinite mindset. What I do notice is that Microsoft despite of their mission saying that their in it to let others do more (so no me me me me) you still stick with them branding themselves like that. That's not the case anymore. Microsoft works hard on providing fitting solutions for every layer in society. At least from my perspective. So I get the example, but the credibility deteriorates as some companies, like MS, change.

Hi, you say that the reason someone jumps from the plane is because they had a parachute, or that because there is a safety net, people try new tricks or stunts, but I believe sometimes the fact that you don´t have a safety net, is the reason why you succeed. Because when you are aware that there is no safety, success becomes the only possibility, and therefore people make it. Why do you think that courage is an external thing?

Muhammed Yunus of Grameen bank started a bank for poor people in Bangladesh to provide microloans back in the 80s and after the success of that business model, everybody started to copy that business model. By doing that most people got benefited from that business model.
