      @@tahabaloch5281 thank you so much dear i eat a regular meal on time but as you know looking after 3 kids in which one is toddler and other ones are in middle school so I have to complete my house stuff before their arrival from school then as you know exams are here main focus is on studies and this stuff so tension is there and in tension person becomes more hungry yaar ye khali salad soup SE pait nahi bharta

      PCOS diet is very simple, but must be followed…NO SUGAR, rice, roti, potatoes….eat 90 percent vegetables and meat….

    Nida please ye bata den k ye soup wali dite me start karoo gi Inshah Allah but aik baat poochni he k is poori diet me hum chae ya coffee blkl nahi pee sakte??
    B coz agar me chae na pio to sar dard start hota he aur me aisi koi diet continue nahi rakh pati to kia me skim milk wali aur without sugar chae pee sakte hen is me please reply soon

They compete in makeup etc but knowledge still low. The world is moving towards sustainable diets or planetary diets to support the environment, local farmers and economy. These diets are also more healthy then so-called avocado or banana diets which in long run deplete the bodies nutrients. As usual these actresses are far from these ideas to serve their farmers and local produce except avocado diet that requires now millions in storage and transportation besides specific weather
