Men, I know everyone is always telling you everything is all your fault. Its not. And your needs and feelings are sometimes actually valid, if you can believe it.
Sure, if you want to suffer. But you married a woman because she has attributes you don't and you want those to make you whole. So focus on her good and get past your mind telling you that its not fair. It is better than fair when you understand it.
It is miserable for both of you. But, rather than take her mistrust personally I would suggest you see only her suffering from it and see what you can do to alleviate it. She is not happy so you have an opportunity to be loving and supportive while redirecting her attention from those thoughts.

my wife does not trust me at all....its got worse, and no I never cheated or lied like some big lie or even a small lie that upset her...nothing.
