I chose to watch this because Ive been slacking. I've been guilty a couple times of raising my voice in a way that was utterly terrifying. Now, I only did that a couple times, but a couple times too much. I'm trying out actively listening and thinking about how my words or tone may affect her and others.

Im dabled and its hard to control my anger from ptsd. I didnt have a good father to show me the way. Sometimes she distances her self from me. Its rough but no excuses. Watching this is going to be daily.
