Half & Half Butter Cookies
Yields upto 6 to 8 sandwich cookies
Ingredients :
62g (¼ cup + 1 tbsp) unsalted butter
40g ( ¼ cup) icing sugar
50g (¼ cup) any vegetable oil
180g (1.25 cup) all purpose flour
1/8th tsp baking soda
Filling :
Nutella or chocolate ganache
Bake at 170°C / 338°F for 10 - 12 minutes
