Um, there was an option listed to fix it yourself. Dude just whined on TV about not knowing how to patch concrete... this country is full of people unable to do basic tasks. $10 in material at the hardware store and less than an hour of a little work, really that simple. In the time it took to call the news and do the interview he could have been done.
