    07-08 is their sexiest of all time. The last of the screamers. Modern R1s look too restricted. I can look at this beauty in the garage for a solid 20 minutes then go to shut the garage door and spend another 2 minutes staring. Bloody gorgeous.

      Everyone is to worried about their “cross plane” motors I hate the cross planes, I love the screaming inline 4’s a true bike sound. And don’t have many starting issues as the cross planes do.

    I learned how to ride on a Ducati hyper Moto 1400cc in less than an hour .I always had a passion for riding my dad cousins and uncles all had bikes and I never road any of their bikes I bought my own and watch youtube videos on how to shift gears .

    I like the fifth generation R1
    Because it is the latest R1 without crossplane

    I had a 1999 R1, i loved it. Im 6'5" so long distance riding wasnt comfortable. Overall i agree with everything that you said.

      Hi sir, I own yamaha r1 and I have a doubt, sir, what is the minimum speed that you can Cruise at 6th gear ⚙️? 120kmph is ok? Or it's going to give lot of stress to the engine??
      Thank you:)

    Bro, your top speed is not 186mph. Thats just as far as the speedo will read because of the Japanese gentlemen's agreement. If you'll notice, at 186mph, you arent redlining yet. In my 04 R1, i still had another 2-3 thousand RPM left to go and it would easily keep climbing to redline. When you math it out, that puts you over 200mph.

    • @captainamerica9353
      @captainamerica9353 2 года назад +1

      No stock 2004 -2008 R1 is going to reach 200 mph. The reason for having 2,000 rpm "left" is because it cannot rev higher at that speed, between hp and wind resistance. You could add a tooth in front and a full exhaust and pcV and get to 190, maybe.

    Any R1 made after 2004 would blow away any car including a Dodge Demon

    • @charlesincharge1245

      This is wildly inaccurate, demon 0-60 is

    • @MasterKeyMagic
      @MasterKeyMagic Год назад

      @@charlesincharge1245 Dude, the stock 2004 R1 had a quarter mile time of 9.9 on pump gas and street tires. the demon needs 100 octane and slicks to beat that💀 I don't think you understand how much faster liter bikes are to cars. Don't get me started on lap times

    • @Youmadmaddd
      @Youmadmaddd 2 месяца назад

      @@charlesincharge1245lmao I’ve smacked at least 3 demons where I lived yes they catch up to me eventually but I am always eating them in the first half of the race. Cars are just not there yet. I’ve even beaten a few teslas when I’ve had the chance to race them. Bikes are a different breed.

    What a 125-300cc bike will forgive, will never forgive you a 600cc. And what you’ll do with a 600cc, you’ll be able to get from a 1000cc to, and even more, but never before a little 125-300cc.
    Whoever watched this video: learn on what can teach you, and keep you safe and alive.

      In the states they dont give driving lessons? We start here on a mt07. Once you have been riding a 700cc you cant go back anymore unless its a fun toy or commuting tool.
