Wow, I am 50-tie back in the old days going clubbing means dancing all night long. Nowadays I dance when I do house chores but found your page and I am implementing this after y meditation, warm up, yoga, running and other excercises like yours it also helps me starting morning with anxiety and doing your dance class at the end of my workouts I feel much better.
