You can keep stacking it over and over again until babidi’s ultimate becomes one shot. The same thing will happen if you pick spopovich,do his ult then switch to babidi mid match then do his ult.

You know, there's something funny about seeing people justify the lack of balance in Sparking Zero (and even outright claim that balancing the characters would ruin the game for them) by pointing at Tenkaichi 3 and saying the games have always been 'lore accurate'. Why yes, Burter is indeed stronger than SSJ4 Gogeta, how could I forget!
This video was awesome to watch. A full hour, 0 distractions. The information and characters were perfectly well presented. Everything clear. It's just great. I'm definitely subbing. On the other hand, I can't believe how much I missed in my solo bubble when I was playing this game. I would say I was a great player, but things like the dashing pass through, or even more simple things like canceling a super dash with a double up to follow then with a resetted super dash... I had no idea about them. Competitive players are years beyond my grasp. My "fav character" progression went like this: 1. SS Future Trunks 2. SS2 Teen Gohan 3. Mystic Gohan 4. Legendary SS Broly 5. Gohan SS2 (that explosive masenko is broken) 6. Future Gohan SS 7. SS2 Goku 8. Fasha (idk why I just really like the character and how it olayed on melee/supers). Definitely my favorite character is Furure Gohan Super Saiyan. His attitude, his supers, his design... Even his melee is cool. Everything is of my taste and I love it. That one handed Kamehameha will never cease to amaze me. Legendary. Honorable mention to Tapion, Future Trunks, all SS4s, Future Trunks (Sword) SS, Future Gohan, Devilman, SS Vegeta (Mid), another Vegeta (which I can't tell which one it was), Final Form Frieza, Mecha Frieza, Perfect Form Cell (didn't know he was the strongest but he did feel broken lmao), Kid Buu... And... That might be it, maybe. I'm missing many, for sure. It's hard to believe a game so old still holds the gauntlet of best DBZ game ever made. BT2 is my pick for story and OST, but BT3 had a never ending cast of characters and the complexities and nuances of each and every character made this game basically an unending research for new tech and tricks to discover. I'm so glad I hot this game when I was a kid... I hope Sparking Zero gets at least to half of the quality of BT3, and I hope it's as good as BT3, if one can only hope. Love to you all!
I really REALLY enjoyed the format of this video. The overwhelming majority of tier list videos discuss the game from a perspective of the audience already fully understanding all in-depth aspects of the gameplay and exclusively discuss interactions between specific matchups, but this video explains the gameplay so that somebody who's new to the game can learn a ton about Tenkaichi 3 and understand the tier list and the reasoning significantly better, while still focusing on the high-level play/mechanics that pushes characters into the top tier. I wish more people who did tier list videos took the time to explain the game like this so that the video is good content for ALL audiences and not exclusively for baby noobs *or* hardcore competitors. Bravo! Also, my friends and siblings always thought I was weird for maining Burter as a kid, but I always thought he felt amazing to play. So it's really funny to see the current competitive meta having him as one of the best characters so many years later. I knew I was on to something, lmao
Great video! I've dabbled in the competitive community of BT3 and it's a great that this kind of knowledge is being spread! It really is surprising at times how few people know about so many of the vital things to the game, but I'm all for having these resources be in an easy to digest format that's fun to watch. Good stuff 👍 Also: I'd like to mention the fact that another reason why blaster wave is so good is because it builds a lot of ki upon succesfully hitting, which pairs well with characters like cell with strong 2 bar blasts 2s and is part of the reason why that particular -1 set-up paige showed off in cells segment is so good. As well as that, despite the lack of flight being a downside for arale, it also allows her some really interesting flanks using the drop down that flightless characters have and her dash attack, allowing her to easily and more importantly, quickly flank at close range
In the Dragon Ball anime, if the moment when Trunks pushes up is your favorite (especially if you're a Japanese game developer), I imagine that giving him increased speed feels correct. He was the second Super Saiyan we met as viewers, the one that killed Freeza and his father with unimaginable speed and finesse, and an all-time iconic character in the series
Love the video ! Glad to see you're not limiting yourself to secrets and trivia ! It really shows your love for Dragon Ball and the games that you are willing to do such a deep dive into the competitive scene. I love that you are putting the players and their skills in the forefront. Thank you for all your work
I use to have the AI fight each other in the hardest difficulty and made a little tournament when I was younger. Every single time no matter who he was paired with great ape baby won I don't know why.
Love your consistent content for the PS2 titles nowadays, but I have to be honest, the "all characters play the same" segment really only CONFIRMS that notion to the people that actually make that statement, traditional FG players. Yeah the characters have to do different strings for the different enders, and some have unique variations like the power press, but the actual play STYLE and win conditions for all the fighters remains the same; trying to flank and do higher combo damage from the back. It means all the characters are designed with that in mind, and the only thing FUNCTIONALLY differentiating them is how well they can do the most important actions e.g. dash speed, if they have a RRC, if they have a GOOD RRC, if they can get good setups for the -1 bug, or if they can have a cheesy move like Barrage Death Beam or Super Explosive Madan. So the characters do end up being a lot more homogeneous than those in traditional FGs. Which isn't to say that the game isn't fun, there's a reason Sparking Zero is hyped beyond heaven, but there is definite truth to the statement, and it greatly affects the competitive gameplay imo.
he does say that its partly true. the thing is people definitely don't see some of the nuance in the game, he was just explaining how its not as bad as a lot of people perceive it to be. and its definitely not just fighting game players saying that, everyone has always said that as a main point of criticism of these games, but the core gameplay that the characters share is so fun that people usually look past it
Amazing video, I really like how you went very in-depth on how each character's skill-sets affects the way they fight against other characters I also really liked to play as Burter when I was a kid and little did I know, I was playing a top-tier character this whole time! There was just something about the way that he controlled that I always loved as a kid; so snappy and fast, I now realize that those are things that make him one of the best in the game!
Ranking all 161 characters in BT3 and going in depth on the inner workings on how to play them, displaying why they are at the level instead of just slapping in characters based on "Yeah he can do this in the manga/anime so he's S tier". Very useful and informative
This should be the standard for intro videos to competitive fighters, especially unconventional ones like MvC2 and SSBM. A quick rundown of what makes the game competitively interesting, the modern rule set, and a brief summary of some of the more interesting characters to get people hooked and wanting to learn more. I tried getting into UMvC3 a few weeks ago, and I probably watched 10-15 videos before I really got the gist of why the game is still so beloved 10+ years after release. If someone had said "it's fast and complex with a lot of character gimmicks and comeback mechanics" and then explained a couple S tiers and weird characters like Phoenix, Dante, Phoenix Wright, and Sentinel, that would probably be the go-to video for introducing ppl to the game. I'd love to know more about Nether Realm games too, but there's not really a great beginner community on youtube.
Wait wait wait, are you telling me that BT3 did what no other game did and actually make Burter the fastest thing in the universe?! Hilariously amazing 😂
I love your vids (including this one), but it should really be named something like "What Can Make or Break a Character in BT3?" cuz the current one is pretty inaccurate lol
Baiting me into watching a video explaining competitive BT3 by disguising it in a tierlist was genius and I loved every second of it, what a fantastic video
It warms my heart to know after all these years that Burter is one of the strongest characters in the competitive scene. He was one of my favorite characters in the game even if he didnt do much in the anime. The undefeated fastest warrior in the universe 💪
You should make a new video actually ranking them and not talking about the mechanics lol sure you have a slide at the end of this showing the tiers but this title is extremely deceptive
I find it interesting that you came to the same conclusion i did when i still played this game a solid decade ago. Teen Gohan ssj1 doing more damage and having that SWEET rush attack was too good to not use. The only thing you're missing out on is that kick that turns your opponent around and the little hand palm thing that's unblockable. But you CAN still transform if you REALLY want to utilise those.
One of the best tier list videos i have watched Really entertaining that you explained all the mechanics and reasoning and the montage served everything Good job
This game is so awesome. Haven't played since I was a kid, even back then without knowing anything about combos or -1 set ups I was trying to test out how how fast some attacks were compared to others so this video really brought me back 20 years. Can't wait for Sparking Zero!!
I'm pretty sure my friend discovered something like Gogeta's Rush Reset Combo playing on the PS2 back in like 2014. It was basically unblockable unless you fucked up the inputs somehow.
It kind of hurts that some of my favorite characters are obscenely powerful fusions or villains, and characters like SSJ2 gohan. I always feel like I'm getting judged for playing a top tier even if I just play them because they're cool.
Ok, so I did the math. He said, and I quote "Every character I haven't mentioned yet falls into either the Unviable category, or the Mid category." In that case, we can count every character that was shown in those two "frames." In the first frame, we can count 37 characters from Z/ God Tier to A tier. Then, in the second frame, we can count 106 characters from C/ Low tier to B/ Mid tier, which gives us 143. However, if we notice how the Mid Tier is set up, the words "B/ Mid Tier" are between two rows, with 4 rows under it, and 3 visible rows above it. Since we know that those words are always in the center, there must be one more row above to have 4 and 4. All rows have a max of 11, so if we add 11 to our total, that will only give us 154, which is smaller than the total amount of characters, 161. This begs the question, where are the other 7 characters? They obviously aren't above those 2 tiers, or else his quote would be wrong, and it can't be below in C/ Low Tier, since we see the bottom row isn't fully filled in with 11. In that case, we can't really say he ranked all 161 characters in DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3, as not all characters are on the tier list.
From what I can see, the characters unaccounted for are: Goku (Early) Trunks (Sword) Goku (Mid) Super Saiyan Piccolo (End) Vegeta Vegeta Super Saiyan Super Vegeta Goku (End) Super Saiyan 2 Goku (End) Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta (Second Form) Super Saiyan 2 Future Gohan Super Saiyan Majuub Nail Jeice Tapion Demon King Piccolo

I love your vids (including this one), but it should really be named something like "What Can Make or Break a Character in BT3?" cuz the current one is pretty inaccurate lol
Amazing in depth analysis!
Baiting me into watching a video explaining competitive BT3 by disguising it in a tierlist was genius and I loved every second of it, what a fantastic video
Amazing video, ty for making this!
It warms my heart to know after all these years that Burter is one of the strongest characters in the competitive scene. He was one of my favorite characters in the game even if he didnt do much in the anime. The undefeated fastest warrior in the universe 💪
Greatly appreciate the in-depth explanations of all the tech, because I know that many of us wouldn't understand the reasoning here without that.
LES GOOOO ANOTHER LONG VID BY KADAZEE I LOVE IT!!
Just seeing Broly doing the Patcha meme just fits so well 😂
I was expecting a character list, not receiving a minors degree course on Budokai tenkaichi 3.
You should make a new video actually ranking them and not talking about the mechanics lol sure you have a slide at the end of this showing the tiers but this title is extremely deceptive
4:53 do you want to know why he has the highest speed it’s simple actually it’s because HES THE DRINK
Dope video love how the players in the community made cool names for normal fgc things lol like Frame traps, 1 frame links, just frame combos.
Keep up the good work, you are why im getting the budokai techniki games all of them 1-4,your the best KaDazee.
I had no idea this game had a competitive scene
I find it interesting that you came to the same conclusion i did when i still played this game a solid decade ago.
Teen Gohan ssj1 doing more damage and having that SWEET rush attack was too good to not use. The only thing you're missing out on is that kick that turns your opponent around and the little hand palm thing that's unblockable. But you CAN still transform if you REALLY want to utilise those.
LETS GOOOOOO NEW KADAZEE DROP I BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MY BOY
23:58 POOR TRUNKS LOOK WHERE THAT KICK LANDED
This is very helpful who else agrees

Amazing video we need more videos like this
My day just got better
it amazes me how old these games are yet they still get played in 2024 honestly this was my fav game growing up i still like it to this day
One of the best tier list videos i have watched
Really entertaining that you explained all the mechanics and reasoning and the montage served everything
Good job
Excited for sparking zero tier list 😊
0:05 pecking order!
TL;DR: Paige is the goat of this game
I was just craving a new KaDazee video 🎉
This'll be interesting. Most people kinda just say Perfect Cell and SSJ4 Gogeta are the tops so I wonder whom else are good
i didnt even know this game HAD a competitive playerbase
One of the biggest ever, but ok.

Awesome video but where is my man Tapion??
This game is so awesome. Haven't played since I was a kid, even back then without knowing anything about combos or -1 set ups I was trying to test out how how fast some attacks were compared to others so this video really brought me back 20 years. Can't wait for Sparking Zero!!
I'm pretty sure my friend discovered something like Gogeta's Rush Reset Combo playing on the PS2 back in like 2014. It was basically unblockable unless you fucked up the inputs somehow.
Challenge complete:how did we get here 9:37
It kind of hurts that some of my favorite characters are obscenely powerful fusions or villains, and characters like SSJ2 gohan.
From what I can see, the characters unaccounted for are:
Goku (Early)
Trunks (Sword)
Goku (Mid) Super Saiyan
Piccolo (End)
Vegeta
Vegeta Super Saiyan
Super Vegeta
Goku (End) Super Saiyan 2
Goku (End) Super Saiyan 3
Vegeta (Second Form) Super Saiyan 2
Future Gohan Super Saiyan
Majuub
Nail
Jeice
Tapion
Demon King Piccolo
Oh, just wanted to ask you for the full picture of the tier list, since we can't really see the full roster in the video @KaDazee
Again, thanks for this video! It's awesome.
So are we going to talk about BT3 soundtrack being fire af
Hey man, been watching you since you first started making RUclips videos a couple years ago. I'm not sure if you're going to read this or not, but I just wanted to say that your editing (and your English) has gotten so much better in the little amount of time you've been doing this, and I bet you're actually going to be one of the content creators spearheading the excitement around Sparking Zero. Keep up the good work 🤙
perfect video man thanks great editing
Holy shit I used to do the gogeta RRC all the time back in the day , like i didn't know why i could infinity combo with him till now but used to have that timing for him perfect
This tier list its... ITS PERFECT
Thanks so much for all the effort and content on my favorite games of all time!!! So entertaining!
Great video bro but I think I missed the part where u ranked all 161 characters
