Hey DVZN Media, the link for the app mentioned near the end of the video isn't in the description. But overall, grate video I may have to give all of the things mentioned a try when I get the chance. Thank you!
why use zotac software when u have the exact same sliders on afterburner??
“Just as long as it doesn’t resemble the verge” I have a high respect for you
Haha I I figured as long as I'm doing better than that we all good haha
“Cooler than a polar bear’s toe nails” LOL love that quote
That’s outkast ❤️

@@andrewrocks76 It's from a song haha 🤡
Love the quality of this video and how you got straight to the point and didn’t waste any time. This video was honestly such a great help.
Thank you so much for the help. All I had to do was customize my own fan curve. I really appreciate how detailed you are, can tell how much you enjoy your work. Have a wonderful day
I'm too nervous about taking my pc apart for thermal paste so I tried custom fan curves which actually lowered my temps from high 70s to low 70s and high 60s so thank you for making this video.
Oh nice, I'm glad I could help
Just remember you lose performance for doing that
@@TheBanjoShowOfficial Really? I haven't lost any performance from doing that my fps has stayed the same for all my games
@@TheBanjoShowOfficial LOL how do you lose performance from changing fan curve
@@isatntt Roblox
Dude this was one of the clearest easy to follow tutorials I've seen on youtube, you rock!
Since I’m new to pc building your videos have helped me a lot! Thank you my man!
ive done all these including the thermal paste but i havent tried lowering the slider. Im currently using a 1060 because i cant afford a new gpu and shes def on her last legs so im trying everything to preserve its life while i can. I capped the temps sat 80 and turned all my fans on performance mode to keep everything as cool as possible. Thanks for the advice man, i appreciate what you do
Good job man thx! My 2080 super was getting around 78c while playing and 56c at idling. It use to idle at 38ish. So I did the afterburner auto you fan and it brought it down by 10 degrees. Thanks man , I am your new sub 👍🏻
That intro gained my respect and a sub
you make high quality content, you honestly deserve way more subscribers.
This is such a great quality video! I see your channe, going far!
Really helpful here. Simple, easy to understand and entertaining. Nice work!
Glad it was helpful!
THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!!! I went from 83-85 to a nice cool 70 high and 68 low using the power method, thankyou so much!!!!
Your videos are amazingly well done. Keep up the great work.
me that wanted my gpu down to around 40 from 70 but find out 70 is quite good: lmfao
Yeah, it's dope to get it as low as possible but 70-80 is a perfectly fine range
@@DVZNMedia its Because im buying some lights to my new pc but they can only take 70 Max so im going for 55-60 °C to be sure
@@magnusbillingagerskov4368 remember that gpu temp is on the gpu and not the temp of the surrounding air 5 cm away
@@NoName-sv6tw yeah ik but my gpu was the only Thing that had a high tempature
This reply thread is really helpful. As I said on my comment, I'm really worried if it hits 50 or above, as my old RTX 2060 clonked out after 2 months. Great to know that I can push it a little further and no worry about temps so much. I WILL be keeping my eye on the Degress though. Great video DVZN, cleared my worries up a bit!
Bruh this is amazing.I have MSI afterburner and i didn't understand shit about that curve.I can easily understand and used it because u explained it so well.Keep up the great work
Glad I could help for real, thanks for the good words!
Just discovered your channel, and so far I really like the videos. Keep it up man!
Thank you so much! I was having an issue with the gpu fans not kicking on and the MSI Afterburner fixed it immediately! Sitting at comfortable temps now :)
“As long as it doesn’t resemble the verge” you deserve a like for that one
lol had to do it haha
Thanks my friend, I'll have to try these tomorrow! 🤘🏻👌🏼
Very nice, short and informative video! Don´t see that a lot anymore. Keep up the good work anyway :)
Thank you so much, I just my got PC set up and saw that my temps were 85 degrees Celsius and even went up to 91 at one point. I was worried as hell man lol. I used Firestorm like you recommended and it helped not only with the temperature, but also with the noise.
Good tips. I like to use a lot of fans to keep lots of air moving through the case.
Have 6x120mm and 1x140mm on the side blowing in.
Yes, it does get dirty faster that way but its quiet and never comes close to heating up.
Very glad I stumbled upon you channel my brother 👌🏾
Thank you so much for this I recently bought a pc and I didn't know why it was overheating on warzone but this video saved me lol

Yo bro, great video. I just used this to lower temps on my MSI Ventus OC 3080 by 10C. I just subbed, and am looking forward to diving into your back catalogue.
congratulations for the complete video. Thank you
Thanks man. Tried option 2 , worked a treat.
Great to hear! Thanks for checking it out!

Thanks for watching!
that was great! saved me a ton of money! thank yoU!
I love fan noise, reminds me of installing games via disc from back in the day
Late to this party. But getting a sub cause you're not on a soap box forcing us to listen. I love the timestamps
Hey man recently subscribed and gotta say I’m loving the content. Keep it up man!!
Oh man, welcome to the channel, I appreciate it for real!
Foreal. Dude has good vibes
One of the best explanation I’ve ever seen! Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
i fw the vibez mad chill totally subbing
One other thing I do is limit my frame rate with Nvidia Inspector or RivaTuner. If you’re not into online competitive gaming, capping your framerate helps to conserve GPU power by not wasting overused frames, thereby lower your temp.
You the man ! thanks for the useful tips there highly welcome !!!
under-volting the GPU turned it from a F-35 preparing to break the sound barrier to a delicious low hum. Thank you so much!
This helped thanks
This vid helped me so much my man thank you! I was running at 89 c and now I was running at 65 c highest, you’ve earned a sub 👍
What tips did you use in this video? Because i get aroung 77- 83 deegrees celcius

The Method with the MSI afterburner works great. You really saved my life!
This was a great video thank you very much!
Thank you, I appreciate that!
bro thank u so much, i couldn't do anything because my gpu temps would go higher than the drunk kid. Thx so much man, i really appreciate it
Zotac Design looks really good and by the way nice video sir your knowledge about computers so good. New subscriber keep it up!
Thanks for subbing, I appreciate that. Yeah I like Zotac's designs, hopefully I'll have something new from them in a few weeks, so stay tuned.
Great video man
I had this issue with a prebuilt pc from bestbuy. I thought it was my cpu, since the cpu temps were high. I guess the terrible case made everything hot and the culprit was the gpu. Good news is, I have a Prosiphon on the cpu. It's nice and cool now.
Finally what I was looking for. 👌
Love the vids
Thanks for this, i was hesitant to open up my gpu, but when i did, i found out that the thermal paste is gone. i put a new paste then from 80c to 60c temp! No more overheating!
Nice video bro, keep up the good work!
Thank you, salute!
Ngl the intro was smooth asf
thanks for this video you're a good man c:
🔥 Congrats 20K Dookie! 🔥
Ayeeee, salute fam and I appreciate everyone that has showed love!!!
this helped a lot man
My gpu was going to yellow temps on halo infinite medium settings, other games ran fine, so I adjusted my fan curves to max out at 75, so it doesn't go past 75°c. I will test it out later today to see what temps I get. Thanks for this video :)
Whats the result?
If you can do all these things like adding new thermal paste, maybe an exhaust fan as well, I know some pc's do not have them which is a little strange, you should get a lot lower temps. Also, go into your pc's control panel and make some adjustments there in the global settings and you should be straight.
thanks for the help
Thank you!!
5:13 the verge hahahahaah got me good ;)
This is the video I been looking for. I been changing the thermal paste once every year. Just like changing your engine and transmission oil on the car. This is due to the effect of expansion and contraction that pushes the paste outside the the contact zone. However, I didn't know about Zotac Gaming FireStorm software.
You can do it on afterburner too, keep that in mind!
thanks for the video, helped alot
Glad to hear it!
you are a life saver thanks alot bro
Does creating custom fan curve with msi afterburner can affect your gpu in the long term? Or damage it?
Big fan man.. awesome info
i got Zoltac 2080 Super, and it's loud and hot too, thanks for tips
Love how this man mentioned the Verge. Lol
Haha gotta let the people know what NOT to do! 🤣
Bro this video is awesome. I downloaded MSI afterburner and found that my GPU fans weren't set to go to 100% speed until my card reached 90C. Saved my ass for sure.
Oh fam, glad I could help!
Can i download MSI afterburner to check my nvidia graphics card's fans?
@@critianclassico8208 Yes absolutely. I have a Nvidia GTX 2070 and MSI afterburner works just fine for it.
@@wardenmetallicred thank you!.
