Platinum Egoiste is one of those fragrances that will always have to be in my collection. For people newer to the community the bottle may put them off because of its simplistic packaging. I love that haha. I’ve actually never smelled anyone wearing this aside form myself. Great review Aaron.
The nostalgia with this fragrance is off the scale for me. This is one of the most important perfumes in my collection. It was my first serious perfume. I received my first bottle in 1995 on my 21st birthday and I still have roughly 20ml left. I use it only on special occasions. I have gone through a couple more bottles over the years. It was in fact, my wedding scent too. Not in their smell, but in their target audience.
@@lukeweeks3470 thanks for your answer...I really admire CHANEL, I do not know another Maison capable of playing so gracefully with aldehydes, even in "Christalle" there are some in the top notes. Despite of everything, my very fav of mine is " pour monsieur" edp and edp...as I consider it being some kind of n°5 for men.
best regards to you.
Just smelled this for the 1st time on Orlando airport and it's fantastic. Will buy it for wearing to work!
Love your videos you are a wizard. I wish I could afford 3 of your perfumes.
I've sat on this one for a while, was going to buy the original Égoïste, but never did. Guess this is on my list!
As a Creed fan, it reminds me of Green Irish Tweed crossed with Himalaya
It's the #1 in the "Expensive shower gel fragrance genre". ;)
A dumb reach with no unpleasant secrets.
And I love it.
Platinum Egoiste is such a classic. It smells amazing on my man! 😍
Can I ask how old you are?
Cant wait for the Egoiste... I want your opinion for the note that smells like sweat, as many people say
Very Very Nice Aaron....I love that one....I have smelled it before...Do not own that one yet!!!
I used to wear Platinum Egoiste at the office all the time, switching in occasionally something by Prada. Now, though, my go-to for work is Homme by Aaron Terrence Hughes.
