    I cannot believe this channel only has 13 thousand subscribers, the quality of content, especially the extensive 3d modelling is incredible, comparable or even better than many much bigger youtube channels. I ensure you that you'll get a million subs very fast, I mean you should.

      Just finished the video. I love the animations and the voice acting. I have a question; you mention how it could be physically impossible to understand every transistor in a CPU. Then, how were we able to build them the first time we did? Who places every transistor down if we don’t even know how many are there? Thank you, I’m studying physics but are completely ignorant to electronics

    • @MAKiTHappen
      @MAKiTHappen  6 месяцев назад +1

      Well the way we create CPUs without comprehending how each and every single transistor works is the same way we made the full adder in the video.
      First you start with transistors to create logic gates
      Then from these logic gates you can create something like a full adder, where you don't have to worry about transistors, because you are using logic gates instead of transistors
      Then from these more complex circuits (like a full adder) you can create something like an ALU, where you don't have to worry about Logic gates, because you are using more complex circuits instead of logic gates
      Then from these even more complex circuits you can make a CPU core, and so on
      This is still oversimplified, but in the same way as when calculating the velocity of something in physics you don't account for every single atom, when doing complex logic, you ignore singular resistors and group them together into complex circuits

      @@MAKiTHappen alright, makes sense. We individually know how to create the simple structure, but once it is actually assembled we simply take for granted it is composed of more complex elements that can be simplified.
