Asslaamualaikum sister. Shukrun for your awesome recipes, is it possible for u to give ml measurements in some of your recipes? Unfortunately I don't have a scale for grams. Jazakallah khair
Wslm liquid is always measured in ML I usually measure in cups butter u need a scale to measure in grams but it's easy to convert if u just punch into Google any conversions will come up,that's what I usually do
Wslm if u in south Africa or I'm sure anywhere u can get the baking cups that's what I use,for instance in a recipe If I say 1 cup flour I use the cake measuring cup its a 250ml cup but in grams it's 125g 1 cup sugar is a 250ml cup but in grams it's 200g because it's heavier then flour but like I said Google is your best friend
Slm i took note your vinalla an chocolate cake sum got water no milk others got milk without water an others got both so i wanted to know which do you prefer , is all about the same or is the one more lighter and moist than others an if there's certain more softer an lighter than others which ones is it
