- Hi everyone, this time I make mini cakes with chocolate cake and vanilla butter cream. This recipe is easy to make so I hope you give it a try and enjoy a video. The Recipe:
*** Chocolate cake (pansize: 22 x 36cm)
130g all purpose flour
35g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp coffee powder
100g brown/ white sugar
1 egg
80g milk (room temperature)
30g melted butter (or vegetable oil)
90g hot water
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar
*** Vanilla butter cream
350g room teperature butter
powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
70g heavy cream
food color: pink, green, blue, brown

I used box cake mix but followed the buttercream and the techniques you used, came out beautifully thank you!
When you used the box cake mix, did you have to cook it at the same amount of time on the box when it was in a sheet pan or did you just keep an eye on it?
@@Pianoxxxmusic I kept an eye on it, It cooked much faster since it was less dense than a regular cake. I was worried it might burn 😅😂
Btw what was the liquid she used to assemble the cakes together
@@GiggyM its simple syrup, its mainly used in cake decorating to keep the cake moist. Its equal parts water and sugar.

I tried this but I replaced the vinegar with lime and I didn’t have baking soda so I used twice the amount of baking powder and it came out sooo niceee. Thank youuu
did you use sweetened or unsweetened cocoa powder?

I think it's edited but u can actually buy mixers that are quiet! Bosch has an affordable one and it even comes in a variety of colors

@@WatzupTikus I honestly forgot at this point what I added but i'm pretty sure I just followed the recipe and it turned out maybe a bit too sweet but at the same time it tasted right but that's just my personal opinion lol
