Dan Bilzerian's Best Friend DESTROYED By Casino Owner

- This hand is a wild one. On a high stakes poker cash game on Poker After Dark, multiple straddles quickly lead to a massive pot that spirals out of control. Casino owner Rob Yong is fishing with 74s, while Alan Keating (close friend of Dan Bilzerian) is hoping that his AQ holds. Nearly half a million dollars will go to whoever wins this hand!

“Over to Rob Yong, he has a crystal clear fold, so he does make the call” 😂😂
I paused the video to make this comment, but of course it's the first one to show up as I scroll down
I never leave a comment but was going to say exactly the same 😂😂
This is the DD I come here for.
Not is a fold, this hand, this all in means A3 or AK of clubs. AQ is a surprise that deserves the final bad beat
ryan graham maybe he put him on AK
Rob Yong is taking "too rich to fold" to the next level
Although I agree with Doug's analysis about the all-in in general, Keating was exploiting the fact that Yong will call you with crap hands. Keating got it right, luck was against him.

Let's give credit where credit is due. Dan bilzerian is a fantastic pretend poker player.
has fooled all the fools but not us real broke living players. lmao
He used to play in games against super rich that are just weaker than other pros or people playing at those same stakes. He gets invited to this super rich under the table games because of his "image", that being loose rich guy. If you dont think those games happen and did happen theres nothing I can say to convince you otherwise.
Lets give credit where credit is due, his friends obviously are as well, you know what they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree lmfao
@@ThereAreTwoGenders bottom line is he didnt get his money by playing poker
@@ThereAreTwoGenders I can believe Dan played an impromptu drunken and cocaine fueled heads up match with someone like himself for millions. Would also assume it was a shove fest where luck 100% determined the winner
The all in is actually a great play, because the loose rich guy is more likely to call you with 30% equity than a pro. He may have got unlucky this time, but going all in with a 70% chance to win the pot is never a bad play(assuming you're playing against a loose cannon).
Wish I was too rich to waste time counting black chips.

@@daithio.7378 Poker is fun. Hero calls, hero folds, thin value bets, 1/3 pot bluffs with air.
Merv Watson I agree it's a lot of fun. I just watched a video were Polk said 1/3 of your hands should be bluffs, I just finished watching it, beware of the geezer who talks through his hands. Always play aggressive when you have the big chip stack, all in on the turn he'll fold. I know I wish it was as easy as that, good luck 🎲🎯.
Sean Moran cop that also, when he's not in he's in . Don't care what anyone says best players have more good luck and that's a fact, they don't win with a river card they flop a boat and bet high all the way, Ivey nearly cries when he loses a few hundred dollars doesn't luck Jewish thou.
Could you imagine if Phil was in Keating's position lmao, that table would have been set on fire.
Phil’s a big ahsss baby tho. If you have that many outs and know your opponent doesn’t have clubs why not call. Right call I’d call. Why wouldn’t you with so much outs. Maybe tight players who don’t ever go with there gut fold as usual
@@MMAknowerofALL you shouldn't make this call because you need 42% equity to break even, and you only have 30% (and this is with 5 outs to trips and two pair being live, which won't always be the case). On average you are losing $56,000 by making this call.

Keating's all in was solely to exploit Yong's inability to fold. Against any other player at the table he makes a normal size bet, but he feels that against Yong he gets looked up so frequently with any size bet that he just goes all in.
To be fair, given Yong played 7c4c this way, Keating probably has a point. Yong also likely calls with any 4x of clubs hand, and if he's playing 74s, who's to say he's not playing 84s, 94s, T4s, J4s?
74cc is a much better call than a dry KQ or QJ and given he tanked so long with 74cc, its fair to assume KQ or QJ would have hit the muck. that leaves 44 55 A3s 45s all as snaps. i think he got pretty lucky to be up against one of the few hands he can call with that he is ahead of.
Honestly it's just 2 fishes playing very bad. That sizing on the turn with just 1 pair... pathetic play by both guys
Oh he told you that did he?
Look at all the "experts"
If I'm Keating, I'm wanting Yong to call there, 70% of time AND I'm winning the Hand 70% of the time. Just a bad River for him. I'm making that move in Keating's shoes against a player like Yong every day of the week.
Dude obviously gave no shits about his “price”or “odds” or “EV” when making this decision, only thought he had was “what if the river is my card?!?!!”
He had a 30% chance to hit a card and he did.

@@stillpushingafter3572 What ? Keating has AQ. Flop is 5-4-Q. Keating can't make a straight, can't make a flush, so his only outs are from the Queens and Aces. There are 4 aces, he has 1, so we count as 3. There are 4 queens, one is on his hand, the other on the board, so we count as 2. He has 5 outs, with 1 card to come, 5X2=10% of hitting the card's he needs to win the pot.
On the other hand, Yong has 13 cards to complete is flush nuts, with 1 card to come, 13x2= 26%.

7:57 "well, i think i am ahead"
I don't think he would be that bad of a player to actually belive that, maybe he wanted Keating to give a physical tell ? I don't know, perhaps he is dumb. On the other side, I do believe the call was the smart choice.Yong has 26% chance to hit the nuts, unlike Keating, that has much lower. Besides that, even if Keating had pocket Queens his % of winning the hand would be even smaller, due the only 1 out. But, you must ask yourself. Did Yong realized this ? When Keating goes allin, denies pot equity to Yong. So Yong, needs to think if the move meant that Keating has the pocket QQ's, since he has only 1 out, Yong could probably think that if he had more equity he would bet smaller like Doug suggests. Overall I don't mind the call, but If I was on the table, I would fold. We need to remember that we can see the cards, they don't, so we should put ourselves in their minds.
