deactivate the lock out function in the Hidden menu, no need to buy any cables or tear down the unit
si pero la desvantaja es que si apagas el carro y lo vuelves a encender, se vuelve a bloquear y tienes que volver a desactivar la funcion de bloqueo

Totally don't agree with this and having the facility for the screen to be active. It's all well saying its for passengers to watch videos, but who isn't going to get distracted by it whilst driving. I can't see anybody not being tempted to look at it. Before you know it. Your in an accident. As it is they say touch screens take your eye off what you should be doing for too long. Why add in another factor

What is the purpose of this cable?
It allows the driver to watch videos and access some functions any time, that´s only possible if the Parking Brake is active (car not in moviment)
