Hi B K, good thing you can slow me down on RUclips here. (I just might sound like I didn't have enough coffee that day lol ) If you find any of the tempos too fast you can click the wee cogwheel in the bottom right corner for the Settings and click Playback Speed and slow it down even more. If you're on an iphone or a tablet you would click the three little dots in the top right corner to adjust the Playback Speed.

Thanks for these helps. I am doing okay with the tipper action but have no clue what to do with my hand on the back to change the tones. Could you spend some more time teaching exactly what is happening IN SLOW MOTION on the back of the bodhran. That would be super helpful.
