This was incredible! I love the combination of high-reps + counter moves. I tweaked this slightly by adding in "wing shot fakes + layups" and doing the full workout on both sides of the court.
Hi Chris, This is a good video, like always. The hard part of back-to-the-basket practice is how to simulate a defender. For example, at 4:00, the defense in a real situation, would collapse on you quite quickly, so you would have to shoot much more quickly... Any thoughts how to force oneself to keep the pace high? Thank you!
