A few years back I was really lost and felt down. After watching motivational videos like these I changed my MINDSET. I woke up early EVERY DAY and didn't stop working (mentally, physically, in my relationships) until I felt satisfied I had a productive day.

Same here, I only started to see him attend talk shows, and the guests and kids were always happy to see him. Still I never bothered to really find out who is was, guess its bcos I don't watch any form of sports but the popular ones I get to know their names and that's all.
That fateful day 01/26/2020, was at bestbuy fixing my phone and was busy going thru my other phone when the news popped up. What got me all worked up when I found out his daughter was with him.
From that day till date have read up, have watched and cried for Kobe, his daughter Gigi and the sweet beautiful 7 souls on that ill-fated helicopter.
Kept praying for it to be false news, but..........

Basketball was not the talent, his talent was hardwork and mental strength.
Basketball and Kobe Bryant gave me everything from life that I was seeking, the desire to push on, irrespective of pain, the courage to rise as the world wants to see you burn, the intensity to push those that want to see you destroyed, to be deaf to criticism, to use intense pain, cuts, wounds, broken bones as a foundation for greatness. Every time I've feel I've healed and at least am able to move foward without him with us anymore, but then I watch and listen of videos of him and GiGi and hear his life motivation then it hurts 10 times worse than it did before. My favorite basketball player growing up, and will miss him, his daughter and the rest of his friends on that helicopter that passed away along with him. DUDE....I'm literally watching this while at work and it was as if all the noise around me went silent as this video played. I've seen A LOT of Kobe videos on RUclips (even while he was still alive) and THIS is by far TOP FIVE!! It was short, powerful and left you feeling determined. I feel like I don't need to see any other Kobe videos for a while. In fact, after watching this, I think I'm going to take a break from watching them....maybe I'll go back to it on the day of his memorial service (02/24). Not sure. But THANK YOU for posting this. I grew up watching this man achieve great things, saw him play live and enjoyed watching his post-career achievements. Kobe was....excuse me, Kobe IS the true physical manifestation of what I aspire to be......GREAT WHILE ON EARTH!!
