don't be afraid of confrontation. it's uncomfortable sometimes to confront people that aren't engaged with the purpose but if you trully want something you've gotta confront them in order to get things done but always respecting the integrity of the other person.

This video is very inspirational and also gives a lot of good advice: Focus on each day - Stick to the plan and trust it will work out.Personally i struggle with this because i have big expectations for my self and when i look upon them i get frustrated because they are far from where i am. Please do one on Dwyane Wade!!! He's not only Prince's favorite basketball but one of the most humble, positive, driven people out there. We both were athlete's at Marquette...and years later when I was working for the Golden State Warriors doing interviews before and after the game I mentioned there were some alumni here. Without a thought he took time to meet and greet fellow alumni after the game....he also signed autographs and took pics with them. We chatted and reminisced about when we had study hall, guys we both knew in the athletic department..just a class act. He remembers where he came from even after reaching such a high level (took MU back to the Final 4, won 3 rings + NBA Finals MVP). MV3.
