For me the best advice is to "outwork everyone" . He says that if you wake up early at 03am and do your first session at 04am you will be able to make 4 sessions in a day. Then by year 4 or 5 nobody will be able to catch up. Kobe you are a Hero

You can wake up at 2 PM and have 4 sessions in a day. Where's the logic in this idea that waking up earlier means you magically have more time in the day?
Of course, you are right that, presuming everyone is awake for roughly 16 hours a day then whatever time you wake up should not affect the amount of times you can practice. However, at 4am, or even at anytime in the early morning most people are asleep which limits the possibility of you being distracted.

I think that is directly tied to his love for the game. When you love something and crave excelling in it, the hard work comes much easier. It's still work, but you feel like it's worth it. That's why it is important to find something you enjoy to have the best chance at succeding in it. Even if you don't love your current job, if you find some aspect of it or some purpose to it that motivates you to do more than required or expected, you'll stand out and feel good about yourself at the end of the day.
I grew up in Chicago, watched mj win 6, kobe is just as insane, this man and mike are the 2 best players to ever play this game.

i hate Kobe but there's a reason why he went from average shooter in his first 5 years playing off shaq to a mvp with a lethal jumper not needing shaq ...he worked harder than others with more talent ala t mac ai carter ...he worked on his jumper and post moves ..not just his body ...

Many people are able to sleep less and it's a routine, strict discipline. It's very hard to achieve that level without consistent hard work and it's a huge struggle for sure! He has had 22 career injuries, so he is still human but would undoubtebly spend hours working on his body, recovery and health.
Ivo Ivanov He is in the nba so he could have had round the clock trainers to help him condition his body the right way? To prevent less injuries?
Your body will adapt to the stress if you give your body every day only 4h sleep it will adapt to it, its like the squAt everyday method your muscles gonna adapt to the regeneration you give, i know in combat sports the most who were injured were those who trained rarely. Im training now every day multiple time since january and never was injured
