    I know you intend for this to help high schoolers, and college guys. But I am a 34 year old former hooper who went to the park the other day for therapy. I find myself doing your workout, and the shots are falling in now because of consistency. You really have a thorough plan, and will share this with the youth in my area.       lol same at 30yrs old. My pops and I were on the court today putting up jumpers. He was very impressed to say the least

      Ayeeee and I know the pipe dream is gone but I feel is that are us getting older(33 here) we still want to play with other hoopers at a high level. Just to compete you know.

    this the one! I remember my dad had me watch Film on Sam Cassell, Steve Nash, and MJ specifically when was on the Wizards because of the 1 and 2 dribble pull up. He kept saying this game will get you a sholarship! It did! JUCO 2 years and Small university in South Dakota. A mid range game got me a free education! My go to was hesi - in n out - side step back at the elbow pull...my reverse was cross over to the free throw line pull I had it trained to do it from both sides. Still use till this day at 36, be killing them youngsters 😂😂😂I'm still young tho.

    Hi Chris, I am from Brazil and love your content (sorry for the mistakes in the typing) I hard work normally 4 hours in mid range shots every day, 3 times in a week. I have some questions, you think it's necessary training bounces out/side step, without handles ? It's necessary to training step backs on mid range ? In this spin jumpers need to have a stop when you finish a spin, bc normally when I spin, I jump and still driving for one side, and that's make to me calculate my speed and my ball curve, what normally are going more for one side. Independent thanks for the help ❤

      Got all the way up to pound/behind + in n out/ between + Cross
      Got dark out but still got the 10 free throws in at the end 💯💯
      Goal is to be able to finish the whole thing within a hour
      The tw + tw/cr + tw + ss
      Was confusing me at first, my other leg kept wanting to come over into the shot, instead of the leg closed to the ball goin into the side step.. if that makes sense lol
      I got it down, just had to slow it down
