- This year's gamejam theme was "Guide". Developers from all over the world joined in, creating games from all different genres. The game jam ran for 10 days, giving people lots of time to develop larger games they could be proud of. The jam was hosted on itch, and the results can be seen in this video.

This is the first big game jam I've ever done, really excited to see how everyone did
There's something exciting about seeing the game I made in this video, even if it's only as part of the background footage for a few seconds. I made the balloon game at 00:13, and it's pretty cool seeing it here! This jam was super fun, all the winning games were sooo good. Congrats to everyone involved!
Your game was very impressive for a scratch game, even if it was hard, I had a lot of fun! My game is also briefly shown in the background :D

Hi Wesley, I just wanted to point out that you are amazing and inspired me to start game dev with Gdevelop. At first it was hard and confusing but it was fun. I always watched your tutorials on Gdevelops channel. Your games and content are enjoyable as I always watch them for motivation to continue with my game (Accidentally Made The Hardest Platformer) You can find it in survival most played games at the moment.
Please continue and I hope the best for you and your channel.

Got any tips on making a click to move skill based rpg? Nothing on a crazy scale or anything but do you think it could be done well in gdevelop?😊

I submitted them to the GDevelop engine in the example, and anyone can use/build from those assets as they please. 👍

I am New to this, is there a mandatory technology like C# or I don’t know?
Some game jams require a specific engine or tool is used. But for our jam, as long as you can upload it to itch, you're good.

If I didn't get to play them, one of the other judges likely did. And then other people who submitted gamed were able to rate games too. So every game got played by someone and got rated. 👍
