Glad you like them! They are very versatile, you can have them for breakfast, afternoon snack or even as side dish for lunch. They pair well both with ham/salami and cheeses, or just dipped into your favorite sauce. Many people in Brazil serve them with black coffee or spreaded with jam for breakfast 😮, I think they are also amazing as appetizer served with a drink (or also wine/beer if you have alcohol).
Eat it with coffee and milk, its perfect like that.
