Thank you so much for the video and instructions how to fix. £7 part on Amazon and followed the instructions to fix. Wine cooler up and working again. Very helpful and much appreciated.
Many thanks for the video, I bought a 15ohm 1 pin relay but unfortunately it is about 1.5 too big for the area it should go. Tried removing the bottom and placing as someone else did but I think the connection is not stable. Really hard to find this part in exactly the correct size
I did manage to get it off, and eventually++ back on again, by fiddling, poking, levering, twisting and turning. I have no idea how I did it, it took hours. So not much help to you I'm afraid. To cap it all, the thermistor whatnot was intact.... When I found an electrician who would talk to me he said these machines were c**p and best thing was to bin it!
Just sent off for my 15ohm thermistor for £6 off amazon, and yes the ceramic disc inside that black item was in pieces. Apparently caused by power surges, so perhaps the trick might be to fit a power surge protector inline? Cheers
I opened up my CDA FWC303BL and yes the relay needed replacing part number QP2-15L - could i find one? Nope, like rocking horse shit. The other thing to note is that the plastic cover slides off toward the rear of the appliance.
Hello, many thanks for the video, really helpful... Unfortunately I can't seem to find any link to get the right,, thermal overload protector” my wine cooler is FWC303SS. The part I found the pin is on the other site. Many thanks in advance for your help 🙏
so i purchased the 1 pin 15 amp but from amazon but it is too long by about 3 mm as the earth connection gets in the way, can anyone provide an actual link to the relay that is the right one please?

How do you get the wine fridge/ cooler out as can’t lower the back legs to get it out?
Thanks, but I would have liked to see more about removing the cover, I found this to be impossibly difficult given its position.
Yes, me too
Me too, did you manage to get it off?
@@supersonic16 Yes, but I really had to break off the tab and use force to get the cover off - it goes back on, but its not that simple to take off.

I managed to get it off, very tricky but keep the tab depressed with a small screw driver and you will get some motion on it
