the first chapter of deltarune, aka the "demo", is around 3-4 hours for one playthrough. the average playthrough of undertale is 6-7 hours. if this game has 4 chapters, it will probably be twice as long as undertale. that is insane
Under the card castle is a jail cell. There you find a hidden encounter. It has the music you didnt recognize... propably because u werent there yet :)

Honestly what's interesting about Deltarune is that this whole theme of your choices not mattering (unlike Undertale) is just... a normal game. Pretty much every game/rpg ever has your choices not mattering, and you getting the same ending no matter what. This isn't unusual, and it isn't Undertale, which is exactly what Toby told us.
Bruh I was pretty much dancing to all of them all the way through. I was just relaxing, swaying my head while closing my eyes to "you can always come home" ... AND THEN I JUST HAD TO BE SPINNING AROUND LIKE A MADMAN AFTER THAT LIKE WHAT THE ABSOLUTE HELL THAT WAS HILARIOUS.
I definitely just spent the last three hours well. I came directly here after finishing your video of the entire Undertale OST. Amazing stuff, and terrific talent. Keep rocking, dude. You're awesome.

Speedrunning the game, you can actually beat it in less than 30 minutes.
Deltarune is quite a short game if you don't take your time.
