@@thegreendragon9628 We are by chapter 2 and the amount of lore connections and the like is already enough to write a short novel It kinda left me stunned for a bunch of hours after finishing it, couldn't really concentrate on anything after that
46:11 The repeat effect in this song creeped me the F### out because it initially gave the impression something is very wrong, and considering what happened before that, it makes sense
This legit gave me goosebumps, especially partnered with...Well, Everything in that finale, this is the Cherry on Top. The way it just sounds like it's not working, the faint voice, the name of it, "Until Next Time", it all just gives off a horror vibe honestly. I legit cannot wait to see what the other chapters have in store.
28:23 “Lost Girl” just sounds so calming and peaceful compared to most of the other ones, it’s definitely a fitting theme for Noelle and I think it’s definitely going to be a theme to remember through this series.
Being introduced to A CYBER'S WORLD? with a vsrg completely make my mind blown, as an vsrg player for the past years this is what I least expected to see in game like this, It was a blast
My computer did actually glitch a bit with some songs, i think it's because my hard drive is a pile of mush lol. Some songs got glitched in the first seconds but resumed smoothly afterwards, probably had issues loading the songs fast enough
Snowgrave it's called, when noelle joined the party you have to do backtracking and do the Snowgrave route or better to say the genocide route. Means you have to kill everyone with her "ICESHOKE" until you unlocke the Snowgrave spell and frozen berdly to death.
Yeah, Toby puts so much work into the recurring leitmotifs of his tracks. We still don’t know who is with us in the dark, but their presence can be felt throughout the soundtrack.
So far, the only one that i have seen that is the more obvious is Flashback, the song that plays at the hospital after the Snowgrave route. At least from what i've seen/heard
2:12 This is probably my favorite song in the OST due to how relaxing and peaceful it is... You're no longer in a world where you have to fight monsters and be in dread of dying... Just looking around the town you are building up as your journey continues... I don't know... Something about this song is so cheerful, peaceful, and kind of emotional... Toby knows how to make a good peaceful song, that's for sure... Edit: Aaaaaaaaand this is what happens when you make a comment on a video of the entire soundtrack from something that just released that has been highly anticipated for so long... You get alot of likes... Thanks for them.
Can't stop whistling to it. If I was still a cashier In New York when I was living there and kept whistling to it eventually, I bet I would run into a customer that has heard of deltarune.

@@empanadasfordays4324 yo, so do i need to recruit no one to do the genocide run? I remember the shop doll saying you can kill the recruits to gain power or something like that, so i want to recruit all of them than kill them to gain xp
I can definitely tell there’s something suspicious going on with ralsei though. Toby likes to hide the dark undertones behind all the cloyingly sweet, cute and funny moments
@@tacticalguy6473 Here’s how to do it (kinda long cuz there is a lot of specific stuff but what you have to do isn’t too confusing or anything) 1) You can do whatever you want in the route *until* you get the option to truce with Noelle 2) Say yes and backtrack to the trash area. 3) Attack every enemy and have Kris guard to not waste TP so Noelle can use her freeze spell on everything. 4) You will know you have gotten all the enemies if there are no cars on the roads. 5) In the trash zone, go to into a hole on the west side. 6) Interact with the door (you can’t go in but Noelle will say some dialogue.) 7) Once you leave and go to the city. Freeze every enemy like before. 8) At the Ferris wheel place, choose these dialogue options: a) I will ride with you b) Noelle will ride with me 9)Go to the salesman after and select the dialogue option “we’re something else” 10) When you get an option to get the freeze ring keep selecting “get it” and then equip Noelle with it 11) Then continue on and when prompted select the dialogue option “it’s natural” 12) Keep freezing enemies as usual 13) On the roads, that should still be empty, look out for an area south west of one (same place where the annoying dog car Easter egg is) 14) Continue on the path and interact with the dumpster 15) Spamton is there and will say how many enemies you have left 16) Continue, when you get to the second puzzle, keep pressing proceed. 17) When you have killed enough enemies, go back to Spamton 18) You’ll get a thorn ring which you should equip Noelle with 19) Go on as normal and you will find birdly 20) Keep selecting proceed and in the battle, you need Noelle to use Snowgrave when you have enough to. 21) After that the route is secured Side note: don’t be thrown off by Noelle’s apprehensiveness, this is how you do the route.. That took a while I should’ve just linked like a guide or something, instead I wrote one myself lmao. Or paraphrased one actually.
"Kris, did you notice how nervous she was...?" "And like... blushing and stuff?" "Kris, you don't think...she...uh...She's onto our secret identities!?" *Yeah close enough*
@@Gabriel_Relaxx if you're referring to the vocals, the "wow" is still from earthbound, and the "NOW'S YOUR CHANCE TO BE A BIG SHOT" is most likely original
It's not much talked about because that track was released early, much like Lost Girl (Noelle's Theme). It's been run ragged in fan playlists. Both amazing tracks.
This was the best video game chapter I've ever played in my 25 years being on this planet. I laughed. I cried. I became [A Big Shot]. Also I love how you can clearly hear Jevil's theme in Big Shot.
It's honestly hard to pick favorites in a Toby Fox soundtrack, but stand-outs for me include: My Castle Town, Queen, Smart Race, Spamton, NOW'S YOUR CHANCE TO BE A, Pandora Palace, Attack of the Killer Queen, and Knock You Down !!... ...Oh who am I kidding, BIG SHOT is my clear favorite of this batch, I've been listening to it nonstop since I completed chapter 2!
37:33 My god, I was just paralysed when I heard this ingame. So short yet so beautiful. Epic/dramatic tracks in Deltarune literally change the tone of storytelling in seconds.
Just realized the voice in spamtons song is actually spamtons voice since you can actually hear a small bit of laughing in the theme. so he's just singing and fighting at the same time
42:28 I'm no expert, but I kinda hear "Gaster's Theme" in "Dialtone". It could be it, considering the fact that we hear "garbage noises" when we try to dial from the Dark World.
@@prettyradhandle While some Gaster theories are a bit of a stretch, Gaster defenatly has a LOT of influence in DeltaRune. It's especially noticable in chapter 1, especially right at the beggining when you create the vessel. The music, the atmosphere, the way it is narrated (with the "excelent. trully excelent". saying "[x]. trully [x]" is a very Gaster thing, if the darker yet darker entry in Undertale is anything to go by), even the name of the creation of the vessel (which is something like "goner creation" or something, which, if you remember the hidden things in UT relating to Gaster, you'll remember goner kid, who is very similar to all the other Gaster followers), a lot of it points to Gaster. How will that affect the game? We don't know. I personally think Gaster has a very big influence in this world. Bah, sorry for rant, hope it isn't too much of a bother! ^^;>
5:16 I’m already in love with this game Spoiler: The way it just started doing one of those rhythm games at the start when entering Cyber world is just amazing, Toby Fox and the Team really put a lot of effort to it and I gotta give them an applause.
Toby did it again. He made the bangers pack. I feel bad that I can't pay to listen to this master pieces. The first time i feel bad because of my broke ass😔
23:57 Pandora Palace makes me think of Scooby-Doo immediately. When I was going through the palace, I was secretly hoping that the party would start doing the Scooby-Doo run while sprinting
I'm so glad to be living to experience Undertale and Deltarune, I will foverer be thankful for all these good times Toby and the crew are creating for us ever since Undertale, these games have immensely changed my life for better, thank you so much for these memories, Toby Fox.
Friendship ended with Jevil,SPAMTOM G SPAMTOM is my new friend. For real tho,he has my favorite theme,i love the way he talks,i love his attacks and his fight(yes both fights),i love his lore,i love how he's basically just an humanized version of E-Mail Spam, like damn Toby truly went [[Hyperlink Blocked]] when he created Spamton G.
34:51 Fun fact that I picked up upon the second I heard it: this song and the one after it both use the soundfont of Might Morphin Power Rangers for the SNES
Both chapters together, in "explore every nook and cranny" mode might have taken me around the same amount of time as doing the same for the pacifist run of Undertale... That's insane.
13:21 Why did Tody give Berdly a battle theme that slaps so hard? .... I'm not upset about it, i'm just curious as to why. It's lowkay one of favorite songs in Chapter 2.
I have a feeling that all the other students are gonna be fought at later chapters If I am correct Besides Berdly, Kris, Noelle and Susie, there are 5 students There are also 5 chapters left Tbh I do see a hardcore epic boss fight with Temmie
@@socialistrepublicofvietnam1500 yeah, Jockington and Catti are the most likely to appear later mainly because they had rooms in the queens mansion alongside Asriel, so they will surely be In the dark world with you
The soundtrack is incredible as always and I was blown away by the actual game I didn’t expect so many cool references and moments in the game I’m excited for the rest of the chapters! Gonna probably take a while for all of them to come out though
15:18 the start of this ost sounded so familiar to me, now I know why. "74" Itoki Hana- was a song composed 3 yrs ago by Tobi Fox, and you can hear the similar melodies comparing the two. And I must say- you should definitely listen to the song- I used to play it non stop
The incredible thing that Toby can do with music is completely convey a theme or feeling through the music, take spamtons theme, it sounds very shady with a hint of wackiness. Just like him
Toby Fox has boundless determination to make the greatest game he can for his fans. Couldn't ask for a better series to be honest. Putting me in a nostalgia trip without me even hearing these songs before. Not many titles can say they have that effect on its fans
The queens theme is the best out of this chapter. It's short, yes, but so good. It really fits her, the harpsichord gives a regal and aristocratic feel, but the way it's played is more silly and almost like a cartoonish kind of villainous, which fits her.
Specially funny when you consider all of the events of the cyber world happened due to a misunderstanding by the queen In the alternate route you just get to the queen and tell her the issue and you skip the whole fight, she just effs off
37:33 This song truly made me have flashbacks to Secret of Mana for the SNES. I about got so many hardcore chills from that. Other than that, I beat this game in one sit down. This was truly beautiful and amazing, and I especially love the new arcs between Kris and Ralsei, Susie and Noelle, etc. 10/10.
@@OhMyFreakingGodItsHim Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana were being made at the exact same time, and by the exact same people too I believe, thus the reasoning for the shared textures within games. I guess they used the same sound samples/instruments too lol.
A CYBER'S WORLD was my favorite. Like, one of my favorites, and when I say that I am considering both Undertale and Deltarune soundtrack I really jammed to that and loved that music
A huge bit of that soundtrack sounds really reminiscent of Homestuck... And the Queen sounds like Kanaya and the Condesce thrown in one sole character, that's awesome.
@@Skunksio Well that's true, but then again the harpsichord is a fairly common instrument in video game OSTs, even Toby used it a few times in Undertale.
A lot of people might've actually heard it first in the Sweet Cap'n Cakes battle due to that very, VERY long attack. Which was actually a bug, funnily enough lol

Here’s how to do it (kinda long cuz there is a lot of specific stuff but what you have to do isn’t too confusing or anything)
1) You can do whatever you want in the route *until* you get the option to truce with Noelle
2) Say yes and backtrack to the trash area.
3) Attack every enemy and have Kris guard to not waste TP so Noelle can use her freeze spell on everything.
4) You will know you have gotten all the enemies if there are no cars on the roads.
5) In the trash zone, go to into a hole on the west side.
6) Interact with the door (you can’t go in but Noelle will say some dialogue.)
7) Once you leave and go to the city. Freeze every enemy like before.
8) At the Ferris wheel place, choose these dialogue options:
a) I will ride with you
b) Noelle will ride with me
9)Go to the salesman after and select the dialogue option “we’re something else”
10) When you get an option to get the freeze ring keep selecting “get it” and then equip Noelle with it
11) Then continue on and when prompted select the dialogue option “it’s natural”
12) Keep freezing enemies as usual
13) On the roads, that should still be empty, look out for an area south west of one (same place where the annoying dog car Easter egg is)
14) Continue on the path and interact with the dumpster
15) Spamton is there and will say how many enemies you have left
16) Continue, when you get to the second puzzle, keep pressing proceed.
17) When you have killed enough enemies, go back to Spamton
18) You’ll get a thorn ring which you should equip Noelle with
19) Go on as normal and you will find birdly
20) Keep selecting proceed and in the battle, you need Noelle to use Snowgrave when you have enough to.
21) After that the route is secured
Side note: don’t be thrown off by Noelle’s apprehensiveness, this is how you do the route..
That took a while I should’ve just linked like a guide or something, instead I wrote one myself lmao. Or paraphrased one actually.

Damn, that dog really knows how to make a game.
The queens theme is the best out of this chapter. It's short, yes, but so good. It really fits her, the harpsichord gives a regal and aristocratic feel, but the way it's played is more silly and almost like a cartoonish kind of villainous, which fits her.
Specially funny when you consider all of the events of the cyber world happened due to a misunderstanding by the queen
