“It’s like being parent of a town and everyone is a teenager.” Fishman
And this why phish is the best band to be a fan of, they genuinely care about their fans and are hyper aware of the fans experience, and while many bands trying and bring their politics on stage at some point or another phish actually respects their fans.
Michael Jordan put it best when asked why he doesn't get involved in politics..."Republicans buy shoes too"
Great human being. But he needs to bring back the Viking helmet.
WhatWouldHouseDo
Lol, for sure
Love Fishman, really down to earth
glad to have him as a friend and band member
i guess Im asking the wrong place but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an instagram account??
I stupidly lost my password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me!
@Julian Oscar instablaster =)
@Salvador Beau I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now.
I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Salvador Beau It did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thank you so much, you really help me out!
@Julian Oscar Happy to help :)
I love Fishman!!!!
I like how he does not come off like a rock star at all.
I saw their entire Red Rocks run in '96. When I got back on the plane to fly back to Chicago I was stunned to see Trey on the same flight I was. He was with his wife and baby, so i was afraid to talk to him but finally worked up the nerve and he was as nice as anyone could be, even asked if i was going to the Clifford Ball (I was). He signed an autograph for me. But it got even stranger after we landed at O'Hare in Chicago (their next show was at Alpine valley in Wisconsin). Trey had his guitar in the overhead bin, and then waiting at baggage claim was the entire rest of the band - Fish, Paige, and Mike. One by one their instruments came down the luggage carousel, which they carried off themselves to a rental van waiting just outside the doors. Even as successful as they were by that point, and selling out 4 shows at Red Rocks, they had no people to do these things for them. And oddly I appeared to be the only person there who knew who the were.
SSHitMan wow! That is cool as hell.
@I'm unsubscribing. fuck off.
i saw this man run around the stage naked while smashing cymbals in front of a bubble machine. Just sayin'..
Not a pretty sight......
@Rusty Undercarriage They're gonna see a dick someday. Might as well be Fishman's
@Rusty Undercarriage You think poorly... only weirdos (the bad kind) merge the separate thoughts of "children" and "penises" together in their heads.
It's good when bands don't get wrapped up in politics. I'm neutral myself and get frustrated when people are so angry and passionate about liars, which is what 99.9% of politicans are on all sides. I believe us people are the ones (although not all) that have sense and direction.
Based Bernie supporter Fish!
Phish = fun, politics = not fun.

2024
I saw them at the Penny Post. I think there were like only 25 people there.. for real...
Phish shows are a sacred place and politics have no place there. I hope the band continues to leave the politics out of the show. It's one of the only places where you can get away from it.
well said!
Whale sad !
Campaigning for Bernie the Communist is definitely not political at all. Fellow limousine liberal.
Well if you don't know the difference between socialism and communism I'll have to ask you to take a politics class and then we can discuss. And the liberals with limousines, who are willing and asking for their taxes to go up to help support education, veterans, social services, etc. are the best kind of liberals since they are putting their money where their mouth is.
That is true. However I don’t understand how people who don’t care about the environment and supported Scott Pruitt could also be Phish fans. Also, trump is sort of like Wilson.
Respect🤟🏽👍🏻.
Greeezy fizeek 😍😍😍😍😍
Who's the big bald dude who looks like a mafia guy lol?
I can hear the squirming coil off in the distance.. Too many Phish shows I suppose..
One of the coolest people ever...and yes all you Phish phans better make Bernie our next president in 2020....and show band...leave bouncin' alone lol
Good God why would we want a communist running America? Bernie ain't done shyt in government in 40 years, you want freebies huh? Well it really doesn't work like that
I tried.
@@bigm8785 wow look at the ignoramus this deep in a minor thread. LOL. Moron. 😂😂
the uh... Nite Show?
Who's the bald guy?
Phish is great. Socialism is not.
Bug.
bus crashed into friends car leaving g/ went
They were all cool about it if ya know what I mean it was totally their fault
Great musician. It's baffling though how such good people in the northeast gravitate around socialism. It must be because they are like next level compassionate. Like freedom is down the list in a truly compassionate heart.
Socialism and freedom are not incompatible. You're thinking of 21st century American corporate oligarchy.
