Looked great -- one of my favorite waffle toppings is pureed peaches -- take some frozen peach slices and whirl them into applesauce consistency in a food processor and then heat it up on the stove -- with the cruncy waffles and a sprinkle of cinnamon it's a great trip back to peach pie/cobbler days without all the fat or sugar.

She lives about 10 miles from me. We get together when we can but of course my schedule is always so crazy full. We usually get together for birthdays and that sort of thing. She is doing well. I really want to do more RUclips videos together with her but she is done with RUclips. I do have a new project coming together doing videos with another RUclipsr once a month. More to come on that soon.

That all looks very tasty! Your glass of not jello reminds me of a low calorie treat my mom always made. In a blender, blend the hot water and mix and then the cold water, adding a spoon of non dairy yogurt. Blend until foamy. Pour it into the fancy stemmed glasses and refrigerate. It will turn out fluffy and creamy!

I learned during covid that you can do almost any exercise from a chain store gym in your home if you have just a few bands and other items. I was hoping people would see that and be like "oh yeah, I can do that too"

Where do you find tortillas that are 20 calories? Most tortilla chips are 150 calories for 15 chips. If baked they run about 120 calories per 15 chips. This information is based off the nutrition labels.
It was just an estimate for the smaller ones. The point was that the calories add up fast regardless of what they are. So like you are saying here, you don't want to eat a lot of those for sure.
Hibiscus is tart
The powder was not tart so I am glad that it turned out. I think next time we will use beet powder but those purple waffles sure were yummy!
