    I like James. He is very good at what he does. However Sean is cool and calm and often gives James good feedback. Like in this podcast today about the use of the word ‘mistake’. I thought it was very important feedback. Sean just is a bit more refined than James. They both like all of us strengths and weaknesses. So just validating Sean for speaking up and having the courage to confront James on that. I would just invite James to take a breath and to not be defensive like he often does.

    if you guys can't agree on if Murray is available for Ingram then maybe that makes it a fair move for both sides.

      I'm on the fence on this. I honestly think I'd feel more comfortable if it was Lauri. Honestly your going to be uncomfortable no matter who trade for minus Jokic or someone like that tier. Just because IMO you don't know what he is yet. If you go off this last season and you consider him a lifetime 15-18pts 5 rebs 1 ast a game player then IMO Keegan, a unprotected first and maybe lightly protected 1st should be good for either player and they should do it.

    Sometimes you have to swing and get an established all star/ superstar player. Just like the Clips did with PG13 trade. Yes they gave up SGA with the picks. That looks awful now. They did give up a future MVP or at least runner up? They also got 5 years of PG13 which if he was almost any other superstar besides his now former teammate he would have averaged 70 plus games a year and been an all star every year. If he wasn't injured so much he would have too. Not including what he would have done in the playoffs to help your team. I agree it's looks awful now. But this could have easily been a good trade even with all the missed time. SGA at that point was on the same level as Keegan or close to it. Real promising young player under team control. If SGA went on and averaged 15/5/1 for the entire 5 years. Give or take a few points. I think the trade would have been at the very least a wash or slight win. Now put the kings in that position. If today you could trade for the same package but swap SGA for Keegan and got back a 28 year old PG13 for 5 years. I no doubt would do that. That means you would have at least 3 all stars and 4th fringe all star and very least 6th candidate during there prime. Fox and Monk would be 31 at the end of the 5 yrs. Sabonis would be 33 and PG13 would be 33/34. Wouldn't that give you the best chance of maximizing your cores prime??!! I would 100% do that no matter what Keegan turned into. Who knows what that team could turn into. It would at the very least be a playoff team every year. I'm sorry, I would not chance our present for a 50/50 chance on a player becoming what we all (including me) thinks he can be. I truly believe Keegan can be an All star one day. Maybe multi All Star but I'm scared that won't come until Fox or Sabonis gets fed up with losing and goes to a place that can contend. These players are competitors eventually they will want to win at the highest level. Oh, last thing I do not believe any of the known options (Lauri or B.I) is the level of player you trade him for. But IMO to say he is untouchable to everyone that's not Jokic, Gannis, ..etc is ridiculous in my eyes. Honestly, you could have almost convinced me to put him in a Bridges deal, if that was still on the table. Talk about perfect fit! Okay, Okay rant over. I've said my peace.😂 I hope the kings does at least something to shake this starting lineup and roster up. And I hope everyone that does read this(or didn't 🙃) has a wonderful and blessed day! Go Kings 👑👑❤

    My whole problem with this front office is their "patience" and "strategy" always seems to leave them holding the bag. The Sabonis trade is there only really successful trade. And that one no one knew he was available so no other teams was bidding. Seriously, how many trades been reported that have been in serious talks with? Like last off season till now. Last off season Kuzma ik he was free agent but still. Then you had John Collins. Trade deadline OG, Pascal, PJ Washington(2 of them helped turn there new franchise around and got them into playoffs), Kuzma (again) and I'm sure I'm missing someone. This isn't including the ones we don't hear about. It just seems to me Monte is scarred to pull the trigger and make a mistake especially since he had a year of success. That just my opinion which means nothing.

    Why are we completely diminishing McDaniels value he has a little brother the same exact size and wingspan and is considered one of the best defenders in the league if we can get half of that and his 3 to go back to his charlotte numbers he could be as valuable as Treyday I think

      They have made their stance on Bridges really clear especially James not just on here but also on the insiders. James pretty much suggested or at least the way I took it the Fan base would be so upset that they could experience a ton of negative backlash they don't want. Unless they have changed their stance and I missed it.
      I personally feel there would/should be some backlash if it happened and I dk if this team could handle that without blowing the entire locker room and season up. If this was what 3 yrs ago(before what he did) this wouldn't even be question.

      As a Pelicans fan, I think Barnes, Huerter & 2 first so they can trade Kevin & a first for a league average center.

    • @novacain943
      @novacain943 7 дней назад

      @gerryconstant4914 They want an upgrade at center, not league average, they want someone that can block shots and switch on pick and rolls along with being a lob threat. Which center did you have in mind?

    James, it's rude and condescending the way you talk about players with an injury history. Jonathan Isaac actually played a respectable number games this year and his minutes increased as the year went along. Medical science and physical therapy are ever-improving. It's not impossible for a guy who's missed a season OR TWO with injury to get back to playing a respectable amount. Klay Thompson hasn't really had any injury issues since he came back, and he was already getting older before the season even happened. Isaac has undoubtedly busted his ass like a man on a mission to get back healthy again.
    Just keep on eating doritos and scoffing at guys who push their bodies to the absolute limit 3× per week for a living
