The melting point of chocolate falls between 86°F and 90°F, so that part's not surprising. However, I'll have to remember not to leave my unopened soda cans on the dashboard.

Don't leave ammunition and guns in your car, always have ammo stored in a cooler temperature location, this is why CCWS/gun laws/stores not allowing firearms is dangerous and are unfair, unconstitutional, and more importantly unpractical! You don't want to start an ammunition fire and car fire

Try a black vehicle. White is the coolest color.

If you don't go by the official temp at the airport you're going to get all kinds of variations because of asphalt heat and reflected or direct sunlight. My outside thermometer said 120° today but that's because of the sun reflecting off the wall.

I believe it. When I had a convertible I could feel blobs of cool and hot air on windy days.

I don’t understand why you guys are wasting entire segments on a hot car like people don’t know what happens in a hot car.

TBH dude probably just wanted an excuse to use a thermo gun.

And he doesn't know that if you put a thermometer in direct sunlight you'll get a false reading of actual air temp.

Many of them don't really know because they're not careful in what to leave inside it, i.e. kids, dogs, electronics, and the list goes on...🙄
