This is amazing, it's way over my level, but those are the things that keep me going strong wanting to ever archieve this level of playing. Thank you, you should have much more subs by this point, this is way too good
Ok now that I'm finally getting around to it, I will say that this arrangement captures the original so well it's incredible. I love the buildup you created at the beginning with the right hand at 0:24. I also really like how, throughout the piece, you accentuated the melody with octaves, while adding very nice embellishment (reflecting the original) during and in-between melody notes. The left-hand rhythms were extra spicy. Very big and heavy but also very light when they needed to be as well and that really helped the overall tone of the arrangement. One thing I love about your arrangements is the great use of dynamics and once again you do a phenomenal job here. Instances like 1:56, 3:05, etc. Just curious, but did you watch Alex Moukala's analysis video of GSS during the writing process of this arrangement? If not it seems like you did because you have an exceptionally good grasp of this song and it shows in this arrangement. Exceptionally difficult (I for one couldn't hope to pull this off in the near future) but I am in awe of how good this was, my dude. Fantastic work!
Wow, thank you for your incredibly in-depth complement!! I really tried my hardest to capture this immensely complex song, and it seems I’ve done my job. You mentioned Alex Moukala. I did watch his analysis video, multiple times in fact! Aside from that, I have listened to this soundtrack so much that I have most of the song structure of the battle themes memorized. I also tend to think of certain piano techniques which would apply well to the different sections of the songs when I listen. But all in all, thank you for your comment! I really appreciate fans who give me an elaborate description of why they liked my music!
This is easily the best arrangement of God-Shattering Star on RUclips. Please please please put the sheet music in the description I would legit pay money for this I love it that much. It'll take me forever but I'm definitely learning this
Thank you very much! I promise I will have sheet music available soon... I’ll reply to this comment when it gets posted. The only reason I haven’t posted it yet is because of copyright issues. If you do end up learning it though, I would love to see your performance!!
@@shade4404 I’ve been accepted to publish my sheets on MusicNotes, so the sheets will be up as soon as I finish making them. I’m really busy with upcoming songs at the moment though, so I’m trying to finish the FE3H album entirely before posting all the sheets. The main theme sheet is already up though. I’m planning on posting Chasing Daybreak, Roar of Dominion, The Edge of Dawn, and more very soon. Sorry for the wait, I’m getting there!

The Three Houses Music really is something special - even as a die-hard fan of older Fire Emblem Titles like 9 (PoR) or 7 I'm really have to admit that some tracks of this Fire Emblem Ost are REALLY incredible masterpieces. And Funeral of Flowers (Thunder), Apex of the World, and God-shattering Star are really something in it's own league.
Is there a chance you could do 'A Star In the Morning Sky" from FE3H. It's my favorite track in the game and I've been wanting to learn it for quite some time
I only just now discovered your channel and I must say, your stuff is /phenomenal/. If requests are still open, would I be able to ask for a cover of ID Purpose from Fire Emblem: Awakening?
Alright, this is a good cover, but it isn't perfect. You got a lot of things right and did a lot well - I especially like what you did rhythmically in the left hand. The dynamic range it good too. However, the melody that the voice sings is only about 90% accurate (some rhythms and pitches were off) and I don't think it's terribly difficult to make sure those are correct. The voice at the beginning is also too soft for the bombastic operatic entrance that the singer makes in the original. While I understand you may have been trying to demonstrate the dynamic range of the piece from the start, this was not the best way of approaching that; instead focus more on phrasing. Since there are actual lyrics (although seemingly no one knows what they are), the song should lend itself a bit better to dynamic phrasing (not sure if some limitation of the synthesizer being used is coming into play here). Additionally, some of the chords every so often didn't sound like they fit the progression in the song. All of that being said, this is still a good cover and I can certainly tell a lot of work went into it. Keep it up :)
Thank you, and I appreciate the constructive criticism! Which melody notes are you referring to when you say a few rhythms and pitches were off? I remember adjusting a few notes to make the arrangement possible to play, so that may be what you're hearing. There were also a few places where I arranged the countermelody rather than the main melody. The way I arranged the intro was fully intentional. By making the singer's notes softer, (since they aren't very complex on only the piano) I was able to draw attention to the massive accentuated chords instead. Simply a stylistic choice on my part. I'm sure if the song was performed live, the dynamic phrasing would be a lot more human. Finally, this song has an incredible confusing chord progression which was difficult to transfer to piano. But I adjusted the chords to be as accurate to the original as possible, and the dissonance (for example, at 0:52 and 1:00) was intentional as well. It's worth mentioning that this is an arrangement, not a transcription, therefore certain elements of the original song need to be slightly changed in order for the song to best suit the piano. But thank you again for your incredibly in-depth comment! Comments like yours help me grow better as an arranger, so I appreciate it.

Hey there, thanks! I've considered making more FE covers this January, so there's a possibility I'll do it!
My question is with how well arranged this song is, why is it not on the Insignify Fire Emblem Three Houses Spotify playlist?
Please post the sheet music again.😢😢This video is great. It was too late to know.😢😢😢
26,000th view!
And since then, it's up to 36k... :D
And now 48k?! Wow.
First few notes where too silent so i turned up the volume to find out why...
Then 0:10 happens and i jump...
Ah, the song Nemesis WANTED to use to rally his troops, but Claude stole for Heroes~
