WOW! Saw Journey with Steve Perry back in the 80’s. I love Steve with his beautiful, exquisite voice. Arnel shares that same talent and does an amazing job!
Everyone back in the 80's miss this song. We didn't hear this song sang by Steve Perry live for so long that when it was sang again live with Arnel Paneda it brought back memories that we had living at that time when it came out. We miss it, the song and Journey. I never thought we hear the song sang live again by Journey, because no one could replace Steve Perry. So when Arnel was discovered singing on RUclips already singing journey songs it was miracle. After not hearing Journey sing this song for many years it made the song even more special. Thank you God for creating a back up singer for Journey. I have heard how Neal and Michael was not right with Steve Perry after what all the songs he help created to make Journey who they are now. I can't blame him for not wanting to forgive them. Also I think Steve Perry was burnt out and never wanted go through that again. He just wanted to live a normal life again. That song Faithfully says it all. However I think Journey and Steve could have come to an agreement on how much songs and concert they should do a year. Anyway Jesus is the king of forgiveness and he hates anyone who doesn't want to forgive. So be careful of that, because you might lose his blessing and his blessing will go to another. May peace be with you.
I've been repeating all songs of Arnel with journey and i love them..and also other songs of Arnel before he joined journey..so versatile and full of emotions and power. Great band too..the original members. I love you all. It's April 2021 and still listening ❤️❤️❤️

At first I didn’t want to see him in concert. I had really liked Steve Perry and Steve Augeri. We ended up seeing him in concert and from there after he really grew on me. He isn’t bad at all.
WOW-- AP sounds phenomenal in this Chile concert considering that was Arnel's first Concert with Journey with 18,000 crowds and had been viewed by 25 Million Viewers in South America ! It was a success--and since then Journey with AP performed concerts all over the world !! Wonderfully executed-- AP sure rocks --and the crowd's rocks with him--BIG TIME! He commands the stage with his presence !! Journey songs are hard to sing, singing high notes again and again!! AP got that awesome natural rasp when he sings ballad songs, it's full of passion and emotion, it's mesmerizing !! !! Journey has the best instrumental musicians and perfect backing voice to complement AP !! Really iconic !! I have experienced watching Journey with AP on LIVE Concerts many times and it was an incredible experience each time! Watching Journey LIVE Concert is such a treat--- for those who have OT done it, Try it ! Much love and respect for this young man and his rise from the streets to front one of the best bands ever formed. Was that his blond his girlfriend or wife near the end of this song he sung so well?? The only problem is it's Steve Perry he replaced... And as good as he is, he's got an awesome voice but there's NO ONE who can replace Steve Perry, no disrespect intended but that's just how I feel.
